I have been getting ambiguous emails for 4 weeks now. My item was posted online, 15-20 business days for processing, no notes about delays due to COVID. I guess I just HAPPEN to be the first poor victim in a year to fall upon this. I get delays, but it's a new story every week, with each one contradicting the previous one. Don't waste your money, they ready took me for nearly a thousand dollars. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Because of the pandemic, my powerblock order was pushed off an additional 25 days. Nothing they could do about it. Customer service was communicative for the most part, but toward the 35 day mark, there was a lack of communication. I never received my tracking number either until I communicated directly to customer service. Likewise, my order came in two separate shipments days apart.

Poor communication of order and shipping. We ordered 11 days ago and if I didn’t email them I’d have no idea when things are coming. As of now, I still don’t really know just that things will ship this week with nothing definitive. I hope the shipping process is better.

On the positive, at least they had, or since we haven’t gotten anything claim to have what we antes.

I ordered the product on March 6 and was informed an email would be sent once the product shipped and that from that time I could follow its progress in the shipment.

We are three days later -- March 9 -- and no email. That tells me, unless you tell me otherwise, the product still has NOT been shipped. Considering what the product is, that is unacceptable. Under any measure. Here, it is aggravated by the fact I needed the product immediately. And when I tack on the time it will probably take to arrive once it is shipped, I am looking easily at a week. Not acceptable. Poor service. Do you have a Zero Star rating I could use??

Lied about delivery estimate by well over two months and did not inform me that my order was a back order purchase until a month after ordering. I would report them to the Better Business Bureau if I had the energy. (Still waiting for my shipping confirmation).

Not only overpriced, but shipping took over 2 months. Taking advantage of the pandemic. Would not reccomend

It took some time for the product to get here, but I'm happy with the delivery and the product itself.

Have not received an order I placed over 2 months ago.

I can’t really give a final score since I have yet to receive my product. I will say the correspondence has been responsive and very polite, but not accurate. Placed orders on 1/5 with an expected 15-20 business day shipping. On 2/1 I was offered an apology, 2/15 was part of a mass email that mine and 60 others were coming on the next train, and it’s 3/3 and still nothing. Also I paid up front. At this point im going to be looking at my refund options.

Update. 3/9 and all pieces of my order have arrived in good order. I have updated my score from 2-4 stars. The communications were great but unfortunately it still came about 40 days after promised.

I am extremely unhappy with the service of this company. I place an order back in December for the Powerblock dumbbells, which were said to be in stock. Nearly two months later, I haven't received the product or an estimated delivery date. I spent nearly $1000 and I feel like I was deceived. They should have just told me that the product was out of stock so I could have made my purchase elsewhere or chosen something different from a different retailer.

I would give them no stars if I could. Supposedly free shipping but added $15 shipping fee after I placed my order then refused to cancel my order when I requested directly after ordering. Total scam company, don't buy from them!

Never received my expensive order. Product ordered was not shown as back ordered, and yet, every time I check my status by emailing the company, I get another story about it still being delayed. If this isn't an outright shady operation, then they need to set better expectations for customers.

I hAve been waiting a long time for my order. I still do not have it. I have to start looking for something else if it does not ship soon. I do not like the fact that you have taken my money but don’t even have a clue when my item will ship. I would love to have it for therapy for my mom and dad but does me no good if i can not get it. I only gave it a two because went I sent an e-mail you returned my e-mail but I still have not gotten anything saying it shipped or even if it shipped.
My dad will be coming home from rehab soon and I will have to find something else if this is not here

I purchased the TKO Cardio Pump Barbell Set.
I am pleased with the product, it arrived in less than a week in great shape.
My only criticism is that the bar clamps are very difficult to lock (close) on the bar.
I hope they will loosen up or changing plates will be difficult during a “BodyPump” session. I also wish that extra plates were available to order in 5# or 2.5# .

Usually I wait for tbe actual product to be delivered first but the experience so far has been awesome
