Order took more than 20 days to ship. Rather disappointed in how slow the processing was. The item states 10-15 business days. I reached out to customer service multiple times to be kept apprised on the status, in which they were prompt to respond, but no concrete dates were ever provided.

Purchasing was quick and easy but shipping has been slow and behind what was promised.

They updated my information after ordering and it was helpful.

I was looking for an additional pair of underwater headsets. I knew that they use to be sold with a case to protect them. I found what I was looking for at Unique Fitness Concepts. When I placed my order, within 24 hours I got a shipment notification and they were received within about 4 days of ordering them. This bar set is perfect for at home body pump. The rounded triangle plates stay put. The bar itself has padding in the middle so it's really comfortable. I just wish there were more replacement plate options.

The website says 3-4 weeks to get your order and I received mine in 2.5 weeks. The price includes free shipping! I called their customer service (which had stellar reviews online) before placing an order for the TKO barbell set and they said their stock order arrives in 2 weeks then they turn the order over quickly to send out to the customer. Everything was exactly as she said. Packaging was very secure. The quality is excellent! The weights have a smooth finish and the barbell has a nice soft lining for better grip. I am very pleased and will order future equipment from them.
