Unreliable shipping and unacceptable refund process
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. I spent over £200 on a map, which included a premium for guaranteed expedited shipping as the item was a time-sensitive gift needed before international travel. Despite their assurances, the delivery failed to arrive before my departure, forcing me to source an alternative. I have since returned the late item. Tracking confirms they have received it, yet they continue to dispute the issue and withhold my refund. An incredibly frustrating experience and very poor customer service.

This map was a discovery I had not expected. Purely by chance I saw the promotion of the company online. One of the maps, dating from 1938 was of Glasgow. It included the road on which my mother's family home was located! The rest of the details was first rate, including the Empire Exhibition, held in Glasgow that year. Modest homework told me of the options on size and style of the maps available. I ordered the one that suited me. Acknowledgement was immediate. Confirmation an dispatch details followed in jig time. When the map arrived I was delighted with its quality , excellent packaging and protection from damage. I obtained a frame within a couple of days. It has pride of place now in my living room. Thank you for a first rate purchase of the highest quality. A1 transaction - buy with confidence! I wish every success in the years to come.

The map looks great and matches what I ordered online. The service was good as well, the team is very helpful and goes out of their way to assist when needed.

There are a few areas for improvement, particularly the material used, which could be of higher quality.

We've just received our 1559 map of London, printed on canvas, 24 by 36 inches (cm will never catch on) and beautifully "float framed" in the finish of our choice, which makes it extra special . All individually crafted with great care. We're delighted. The quality is superb. It was VERY carefully packaged and reached us in pristine condition (despite the best efforts of the local delivery driver who will remain nameless). Many thanks to all at The Unique Maps Co.

The map I purchased was beautiful - fills one of my living room walls nicely. The print quality and details are great. The map was delivered on time and well packaged.

Very very good quality of the print, thick printing paper that doesn't bunch when you frame it, the writing on it is clear and not pixelated. Really fast delivery (to Romania, aprox 4-5 business days) . Would/will order again

The Australian map I bought is really beautiful, the colours are bright, the paper is thick and of high quality. The purchase process went smoothly and quickly, the packaging was secure. There are so many wonderful maps and a lot of options on offer! A really nice shop. I highly recommend it.

I was looking for something beautiful and uncommon for my entry hall wall and came across The Unique Maps. I bought their “Old Air France World Map, 1947 by Lucien Boucher” in a very large 120x70 format, framed by them with a dark brown oak.
Product is beautiful, framing quality is great, packaging was perfect and guaranteed product arrived in perfect conditions.

I saw in the news details of a map of London in 1746 and I was able to get it immediately from this company.

I got a A3 size, shows enough detail to be able to get super nerdy about old London. I am total nerd for all things maps, and all things old London, and I love that I was able to get this stunning map for a reasonable price, delivered very quickly on high-quality paper/ card too. 100% recommend.

Th website is easy to navigate and place your order. After placing the order within the day they contacted me with some follow up information and questions about frame sizing and options. Everything was clear and order was processed.

Very happy with our purchase

I received my map this morning of the Roman Empire, which was a present for my son. The map itself is very detailed and is printed on beautiful old style paper and is a stunning gift to give someone.
