Don't even bother

Don't even bother. Nightmare. Website wouldn't take payment, so I had to ring, person I spoke with to place the order put my eircode in wrong, had to email to get ot fixed. Took the day off work today so I would be here for delivery, just rang and was told it hssn't even left their warehouse yet and would be 5 to 10 days!! I'm down 193 euro, nothing received, down a days holidays also and still have no delivery date. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Terrible

The absolute worst banking app I have ever used. Keeps timing out, won't let you cofirm, layout on certain Samsung phone does not display the confirm button, have to wait for a 6 digit code, which then doesn't work. So frustrating. Got so fed up with it, I walked to the bramch but they had one teller and a queue of people and 2 people in the background doing nothing who didnt hop onto a till to help. Useless.

Just Don't.

If I could give this useless piece of software no stars I would as they do not deserve 1. I have just spent an hour of my life trying to do 1 siple thing and it is still not complete. I chatted with several 'customer service agents' .... bots? .... who were completely hapless and had no idea how to do the basics. It is the worstsoftware I have ever used. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The worst Company to deal with

The worst Company to deal with, brought over a bike 7 weeks ago get the wheel fixed. The guy we dealt with, Ross, broke the centre of the wheel when he removed it and then didn't have a replacement. Said he would have to order it in. Couldn't get it from their usual supplier and said he would have to order it from UK. 4 weeks later we hadn't heard anything and contacted customer service who are hapless and they told me the bike was ready to collect. Went all the way over (the store is not in my town). Bike wasn't ready they hadn't even ordered the wheel. Waited another 3 weeks. Went over on Sunday. First of all they couldn't find the bike. When they did, nothing had been done. They didn't even know if the wheel was ordered. Told me they would speak to a manager the next day and promimsed me a phonecall about it. Still waiting. Will be over tonight to pick up my now broken property and will tell every person I meet not to deal with them ever.

Very Good Customer Service

Got a metal 'cottage shed' delivered and installed a couple of weeks ago. The shed itself is great and was installed in a matter of hours. The lock wasn't installed properly and kept getting stuck. It either wouldn't open or wouldn't shut. Rang them that evening as soon as we noticed and the lady I spoke with first asked if we had a level base, we had a concrete base installed especially for it. She then said she would advise the correct department and they would be in touch. Haven't heard a word since.
Update - This has all now been satisfactorily sorted with much thanks to Suzanne in customer service who was great to deal with. I have updated my star rating to 5.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Only giving one star as I can't give none. This Company are a scam. They falsley advertised a waste collection service in my area. Took my deposit and opened a fake account for me. Never delivered bins. After holding for 45 minutes on the phone to speak to someone they told me they were not going to operate in my area. Unfortunately though, they kept my deposit, despite initially saying it would be returned.

Several problems but Viator did resolve

Several problems occurred but hopefully they are now resolved and when we go to do the trips there will be no issues. Our Robben Island tickets were issued with one incorrect name, tickets have to match passports, contacted the tour operator twice with no luck, then contacted viator, who got it sorted. For our Table Mountain day tour, we had asked for hotel pickup and gave details. Toyr operator then confirmed a pickup at a different hotel miles away. Again contacted them twice to no avail, however I then contacted viator and they sorted it.

Not user friendly.

Implemented AIQ almost a year ago, would switch back to Sage in a heartbeat. A lot of issues with it, support is not great and its badly laid out so difficult to find the simplest thing. I wouldn't recommend

The absolute best festival EVER!

The absolute best festival EVER!. Missed the first one unfortunately but went to the last 2. OMG. What an experience they were. Amazing bands, so much fun meeting like minded people who love the 80s and love music and are up for some fun. Despite torrential rain at the second one, we still had so much fun and enjoyed every minute. Cannot wait for the 2024 one! Bring it on.

Terrible service

Terrible service. My parcel was picked up on 15th January and was loaded to truck and scanned. No update since. No number you can call. I have contacted their helpdesk twice and have been given a ticket number and standard message that someone will come back to me in 48 hours. That was over a week ago.

Book never arrived. I contacted them and they agreed to send a replacement. Never got that either. Very disappointed.

A lifestyle staff member in Bray store…

A lifestyle staff member in Bray store went out of his way to help me recently. My son saw a pair of football boots online in the sale and wanted to buy them with his vouchers. Couldn't use the vouchers online. I went knto the shop and thwy didn't have the boots instore.explained all of this to the staff member and he found the exact boots online (from the very vague description I had of green size 8 reduced price, I couldn't remember the brand). Ordered them for me, used the shop vouchers and they were ready for me to collect the next morning. Very happy customer!

Great Service

Very happy with a recent order made on Lifestyles website. Goods were delivered to my local Lifestyle store for collection within 24 hours, and although the runners I purchased didn't fit my son. I was able to return them for a full refund at another lifestyle store the next day.
