I had an excellent experience working with UnitCity and can highly recommend their services.
I needed to relocate to the European Union urgently in order to continue my work. The situation required a fast and well-organized solution, especially since my employer could not use the standard KM visa route, and we had to proceed with the Blue Card instead.
From the very beginning, UnitCity handled everything in an extremely professional and efficient manner. They took full ownership of the entire process - from collecting and preparing all required documents to submitting the application to the IND and closely monitoring the progress. They also assisted with diploma recognition, arranged certified translations of all documents into Dutch, and ensured that everything met the necessary legal standards.
What impressed me most was the speed and clarity of their work. The visa was approved in just about one and a half months, which was even faster than expected. Not only for me, but also for my wife and children - the whole family process was handled smoothly.
Communication was outstanding throughout. The team was always available via messengers, responding quickly to any questions — whether complex legal matters or simple, practical questions about moving, living in the Netherlands, or settling in. They created a sense of confidence and support during what could have been a very stressful time.
In addition, the service package included assistance with applying for the special tax ruling (30% ruling). Since my company did not have the necessary in-house expertise and we wanted to avoid engaging expensive consulting firms, UnitCity took care of this process as well. They handled everything properly and smoothly, without any issues, which was extremely valuable.
Their support didn’t stop at the visa approval. They guided me through important next steps, including municipality registration, general relocation advice, and also provided consultation on taxation and compliance matters. Everything was explained clearly and in a very approachable way.
I would also like to express special thanks to Sergey, who was personally handling my case. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help with any question made a real difference. It was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for my situation.
Overall, the service felt very comprehensive, well-structured, and client-oriented. The team demonstrated not only deep expertise but also genuine care and attention to detail.
