Use Anything Else
The directions led me to the incorrect location. There wasn't even a phone number I could call when thing went south. Did not get to use the service and left me and my family in a scramble 2 hours before flight. I am denying payment from my bank.

I had the opportunity to speak with…
I had the opportunity to speak with Kelsey regarding reservations that I had made and did not appear to show up on my reservation list. She was extremely professional,helpful, polite and courteous. She deserves a metal for working with me and how confused I was. She unraveled the issues and resolved them to my utmost satisfaction.She was so focused on helping me that she called the following day to complete transactions that were not completed the previous night. I loved working with her and she certainly an asset to United Airport Parking!

I have been using this system for years…
I have been using this system for years without an issue. My recent experience was painful. First of all, Holiday Inn did not show up in my request for weeks. I submitted a question as to why and if it was no longer available on this system. I did not receive an answer. I submitted a second time and again no reply from you. Finally, Holiday Inn appeared in my latest request. I still have not received any answer from you on my 2 inquiries.Other than that, I like the system.

We do apologize for the delay in response. I do see that you're referring to the MCO Holiday inn. We have been renegotiating our contract with them for a while which is why they were not showing up as active on our site but we finished renegotiating last week and got them placed back on our site. I called to get details about how this site works as it is a bit confusing. The person I spoke to at United Airport Parking was lovely and very helpful. The person I spoke to at Routes (the actual place I will be parking) was a bit rude (hung up without saying 'goodbye' or 'have a nice day' - nothing) and makes me question my decision. I am likely going to end up cancelling my parking reservation request and eating the $5 reservation fee just so I can have peace of mind that everything will go smoothly on the day of travel.

We arrived at extended stay and got the…
We arrived at extended stay and got the shuttle to the airport very quickly. They gave me instructions to be picked up on our return. We called the extended stay in Elizabeth NJ for over 30 minutes! No one answered at the hotel. We kept getting the reservations at different locations. After waiting 45 minutes we took a cab. That was $24 plus a tip. When I arrived at hotel I went in to talk to them. The person said she just started at 3;00 which was the time we started calling. I told her what happened but she had no explanation. We will never use this again.

Have never experienced a problem with other airport parking lots until this one. Will never book again and hope not to spend too much time arranging for a full refund!

Convenient parking at a reasonable cost.
I like using this service...parking at a hotel near to the airport. I use it often, as the cost is reasonable. I would like to give it a 4.5 rating, as there are times the shuttle is full of hotel guests & you must wait for another one. You just thought you “had” plenty of time. Must say the personnel are always very courteous & helpful. (Certainly not their fault that they must ask you to wait for next shuttle.)

Waited over 20 min in the cold for…
Waited over 20 min in the cold for shuttle from rental place back to office to pick up my vehicle. When van showed up didn’t do a head count, over packed the van so that not everyone could wear a seat belt.
Cost was great. Aside from that experience with customer service was poor. Called multiple times while waiting at airport for pick up without a hello, goodbye or thank you. Next time I’ll pay more to be able to get to my vehicle quicker in the actual airport lot. Time from flight landing just to get to my vehicle was nearly 2 hours.

We also experience high call volumes when every guest is calling for the shuttle so it is difficult to get to everyone and we do apologize, we are working toward accomodating this issue for the future. Booked online parking was easy 10 minutes from O’Hare
Haven't parked with them yet, but booking was easy. I will need to arrive earlier than I booked due to 1/2 hour time required for shuttle to airport transfer. After our trip we took shuttle bus to car rental building and called Route #. Was picked up and our car was available when we were dropped off. Very simple, convenient & affordable.

4 stars for easily making reservation but, so far, no receipt of e-mail with reservation details and since I was booking for my daughter-in-law I wanted to forward that e- mail to her. So can whoever receives this message action if you are able to ascertain my e-mail address from this post. For info I did receive the receipt for payment. Thank you.
