Each time I have used this service, it as performed as designed and no issues. The price is fair and reasonable especially when compared to Airport parking.

Ease of making reservations
I have yet to complete my reservation, but the ease of making the reservation was superb. The value in regards to cost per day and for an extended period is simply fantastic.

Receipt Problems
Whether its the fault of my computer or a glitch in the United Parking system I continue to have problems receiving copies of my reservation. A Transaction Receipt is received immediately but I have to call United and have a receipt sent that details my reservation. Agents are always available and always helpful but I hate having to take these extra steps. Overall I am satisfied.

I do apologize, it sounds like you only got one of the 2 automatically sent receipts. One will only show the amount paid and the other will have all of your parking details as well as the address, phone number and directions. I looked up your reservation and sent you the receipt that you are needing to show the parking lot. I also left you a voicemail regarding this. The reservation and payment process was…
The reservation and payment process was straight forward and simple. The people I communicated with by phone were courteous and helpful. A major drawback upon arrival was the very inconvenient surprise of being informed the the shuttle service does not provide transportation directly to the airport terminals, only to a central car rental center from which another shuttle had to be taken, unlike what I was told by phone My elderly father was traveling with me. He cannot navigate transfers from parking to somewhere else prior to arriving at the airport terminal where wheel chair assistance awaits him. Consequently, we will not rent parking again from Routes Car rental at O’Hare.

Overall good experience
Everything was smooth except where I stayed, I was not able to print my receipt even though it was clearly on my phone.
I can see no reason to physically have to print a hard copy.
But, overall a good bargain.
