Thursday December,12, 2019, 11a.m., waited 1 ½ hours (in freezing weather) for shuttle bus (pick-up) at the Atlanta, GA Airport. Every airport hotel shuttle bus came to the airport pickup EXCEPT ATL Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH. Called the hotel 5 times, each time the Hotel front desk representative said “the driver is on his way.” If you do want to be stranded, DO NOT park your vehicle at ATL Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH—4669 Airport Blvd, Collage Park, GA 30337

I've been using this company to have affordable airport parking since grooms transportation became so expensive. That was almost 4 yrs ago, and I haven't looked back since. I am a dedicated consumer and will forever ship with this company. Keep up the good work and please do switch up on us.......

easy to researve, less expensive, just as safe as pay to park, and just as convenient.

The staff at Atlanta Holiday Inn South are prompt to recognize us and get us out the door quickly. The van driver is courteous and a good driver. The service is convenient and just perfect for parking at Atlanta Airport.

I thought the service was pretty good however my iPhone cord was missing when we returned to pick up our car.

Very organized. Drop off was easy and pick up was even easier. Upon return to their facility our car was easy to find and accessible.

O'Hare location was a little unorganized and staff seemed to dislike their job overall. Not going to use again in the future.

Perfect answer to parking when flying out of town for several days. online reservations were quick and easy. Easy access to the hotel with close proximity to the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable with friendly drivers. This will be how I park from now on when flying out of town.

The website claims that it will give you an address when you confirm your reservation and that is not true now I have to find a number to call to find an address to know where to park

Easy, reasonable parking for Atlanta airport parking

Easy process and it was very safe and easy for us to park our car, hop on the airport shuttle (no matter how late in the evening our flight was) and we were secure.

Flying out of Atlanta I have used United Airport Parking several times. Parking at the Crowne Plaza gets me to the terminal as quickly as airport parking. Shuttle drivers are always helpful, courteous and on time. Parking area is gated and secure. Highly recommend.

Reservations are quick, efficient and seamless

It was easy to sign up on line but when Igot to the airport, I couldn't find the parking. It just took me to the terminal so I didnt knowwhere Iwas supposed to park. I didn't park with United Airport parking. I had to find one of the outer parking lots. I would appreciate getting my money back and will contact them.

I have used this website to book parkings around Atlanta airport in the last couple of years. I am quite happy with all the reservations. Had no issues with the parkings.

I did not get to use the parking, however customer service was good but a bit slow. I asked them to include a disclaimer before check out and they informed me it was in the terms agreement. you have to print a ticket to park. not helpful if it's your first time parking with them and it's late and you have no printer. that needs to be a big as it is on the final page on the enter cc information page.
