It would be helpful to have updated tracking information and status updates on our order after they are placed.

Mica was wonderful and made the process easy to order wholesale directly from Unity at a great price for our small business. We received the product quickly and perfectly packaged with no damage. Thank you so much Mica! We will continue to order direct. Our clients love the Unity beverage!

Still haven't received my order or notice that it's shipped. Haven't had a response from customer service. Pretty bummed.

Tasted ok. However I ordered a 6 pack and only 4 were sent. I contacted Unity and they told me to take pictures and send. I sent pics of box, and the 3 bottles left. I drank one the first day they came. Haven’t heard anything back. It’s very pricey for 6 (let alone 4 when 2 are missing).

I still have not gotten my complete order. I reached out to support and was assured I’d get a tracking for the rest of it but haven’t heard anything. I really love this drink but I’m so disgusted with how my customer experience has been.

It is very good to drink after a day full of stress and they are very tasty and the best thing is that they are very natural!

The service is excellent and the product is absolutely delicious, I drink UNITY every day.

Ordered Nov 30,2022- still not delivered! Never notified of delivery then asked for review on 12/16/22. Delivery was untraceable as well as I never received this. Unacceptable because this was a gift which she is a loyal customer of UNITY. Very disappointed especially since I paid 70+ dollars!

I really liked the black berry tea and the strawberry lemonade. The taste was not too sweet. It was great to have for the Friday after work moment!

Shipping was pretty fast.
The product tastes good and is not too sweet. I like the Elderberry Rose and the Blood Orange flavors best.
I bought Unity to help me with anxiety. It takes about an hour to feel the full effects - it relaxes me but can even make me sleepy, so I have learned not to have an entire bottle at, say, lunchtime if I have meetings at 2 or 3pm

I appreciated the email with the bogo information. The site is easy to order on and the product arrived quickly. I also appreciate the shipping updates from the company. Unity drinks are fabulous and were my go to during chemotherapy earlier this year.

The product is absolutely amazing! It really does help you calm down and it tastes great as well! Shipping was very fast, and the packaging of the product was none like I have ever seen before.

Quick shipping.

I love this product but the package arrived damaged with all bottles askew in package and one bottle broken.
Seems there should be more secure packing to keep bottles upright.

This is the only thing that helps my headaches. Wish I could buy it online... the CBD drink. Help.

I have not yet received my order. The package tracker says the mail that was misdelivered sustained damage in transit and was returned to sender. Not sure how I get a replacement or my money back?
