Le magazin en ligne propose effectivement une très large variété de vêtements de surplus. Dans mon cas, j'ai commandé une veste et un pantalon, et ils sont exactement ce que j'ai commandé, exactement comme décris, du vrai surplus. Super! Le seul petit bémol a été le temps d'envoi du paquet, qui a pris une semaine. Après avoir contacté le service client, il a fallu juste 1 jour pour que Universal Suplus réponde et tout s'est pas la suite très bien passé: l'envoi a été fait dans les 24 heures et arrivé très rapidement! Du coup, merci pour ces exellents vêtements et merci pour votre patience et votre politesse! Je ferai probablement une nouvelle commande bientôt!

The dispute I had with this company has been sorted. I contacted them via instagram and was able to send jacket back and I received full refund. Only annoying thing was I had to pay almost £30 ton Royal Mail to send jacket back to Paris.

Ordered a jacket, quality was poor for the money and was HUGE!
Have been trying for days to make contact - email, Instagram and on their website to secure exchange or refund. No reply and no contact from them.
A waste of £70!!! I am so angry with myself for buying from this company. DO NOT USE!

Easy to order, my chore coat was true to sizing info, order was processed and shipped super fast - email updates on the order status came for each step of the process - so smooth and I love my chore coat!

Ordered two items, one of which I didn't like (quality not what I was expecting for a £61.00 item) so decided to return that single item. I don't mind paying a reasonable amount to return an item (and I can get tracked international shipping insured for less than £10) but their Ts+Cs state you have to use their courier, and they want EUR25 for FedEx. Tried to use their chat facility to offer using my own courier and there is no reply.

The quality of the products is not worth the price. I will be returning both items rather than just one now, to cover the unreasonable cost of returns.

Bought surplus French army shirts (supposedly) for 16 euros each. Instead what I’m shipped is 3 euro sols imperial shirts, ultra cheap crap. I wish I was kidding….. would not recommend purchasing anything here as it could just be complete nonsense

Loved the shop overall ! Special mention to Nora who was so nice and took the time to make sure I got everything I wanted, I even learned a lot about military surplus.

Paid fed ex for a return which has to be accepted by universal surplus…I’ve paid for a return which hasn’t been accepted. This is a con, paid for the product and now a 25euro return….

J’adore cette marque !!! même si c’était un peu compliqué d’avoir quelqu’un du service après vente. mais rapport qualité prix incroyable, j’ai acheter 3 articles chez eux pour noël et ça a cartonné !

Je suis tombé par hasard sur la boutique à Paris et j’ai tout de suite été intéressé par les escape maps.
Le vendeur, David, m’a déroulé un véritable cours d’histoire. J’ai finalement commandé sur le site et la livraison est arrivée en 3 jours.
Très bonne expérience globale, aussi bien en boutique qu’en ligne.

Commande passé d'un pantalon et d'un short. Je reçois deux pantalon dont l'un défectueux avec une braguette qui se fonctionne pas.

Après 1 semaine et plusieurs tentative de contacte via leur site internet, leur tchat et un appel à la boutique : toujours aucune réponse

I have ordered from this store several times in the past and was usually very satisfied with the products and their service. Unfortunately, this experience showed me how unreliable and slow this shop can be when problems occur.

Three days after placing my order, I received an email informing me that the item I had purchased was suddenly no longer available, even though it was listed as in stock on the website at the time of ordering. This already raises doubts about how accurately this shop manages its inventory.

I was told that I could either choose a different item or receive a refund. I replied immediately that I would like to exchange the item, but then received no response at all. After waiting more than a week without any feedback, I had to contact customer support again and ask for a refund instead.

Only after my second message did I finally receive a reply, explaining that an exchange was no longer possible and that a refund would be processed. The entire process was extremely slow and poorly communicated. Being left without any response for days as a paying customer is simply unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop and will not be ordering here again.
