Universal Removals レビュー

Faire price ans friendly efficient team. Punctuality. Good organization. I highly recommend Nigel's company.

From the first phone call to the very end it has been a professional service without fault. All of our personal items were expertly packed and loaded for shipment. The container arrived 5 weeks later on schedule in Kazakhstan and all of the items were in excellent condition.
Would recommend Universal Removals to anybody wishing to move overseas.

Great service, everything was handled professionally and with care. They delivered our goods in Switzerland on time. I'd definitely recommend Universal Removals!

I just wanted to thank you and your team for a very professional and smooth move. Much appreciated!

Thank you Universal for your easy communication, updates and for meeting our dates for removal and delivery and the price was good too. The crews who picked up in Manche and delivered to the Midlands were efficient, polite, obliging and smiley throughout - one could ask for no more.

Apparently moving home is one of the more stessful events in an ordinary life. Universal, who played an important role in our move, made the experiance as stress-free as could be wished for. Professional, attentive, polite and timely service.
I would have no reservations in recommending Universal Removals to anyone.

Really great service from start to finish. Friendly and took great care of my belongings.

Moving is never easy and especially from Montpellier to Derbyshire. However, Benjamin couldn't have been more helpful and was always punctual. Lifting, packing, he just got on with it. His limited English didn't prove to be an issue and the lorry was soon cleared. What great service and great value.

Excellent service and care.
Universal Removals made my move so easy. I would recommend this company and should I ever move again shall know who to call.

Used this company for UK to Italy. No hassle very straightforward to use. A good experience. Highly recommended

Very responsive customer service, packers on time, very quick and very professional. Items arrived at their destination as expected!

We were so pleased with the efficiency, courtesy & price. We have to thank Nigel & his colleagues for assisting us & resolving a potential crisis which occurred. We are most grateful to all the team for pick up & delivery. Many Thanks

I moved to a new house from Manchester, England to Östersund, Sweden. Excellent communication throughout the process and were very helpful in determining the size and type of moved required with competitive pricing.

Moving truck was delayed a couple of hours on the day of pickup due to traffic in England, and they kept myself informed when it would arrive. Quick turnaround from pick up to delivery with follow communication to ensure everything went well with the move.

We got a very quick and reasonable quote and then a lot of pro-active follow-ups, high availability over the phone and, most importantly, professional drivers that were on time. We will not go anywhere else for our next move. Highly recommended.

The company is very reliable and the removal staff prompt, efficient and pleasant.

I would recommend them to anyone,

Elizabeth Doyle

Nothing to complain about. Reasonable pricing, someone to talk to when needed (Nigel in my case), shipment from the UK to Portugal arrived slightly earlier than expected, collection and delivery teams very pleasant. Would definitely recommend it.

highly recommend this company. Nothing was too much trouble. Made what could have been a stressful move to Spain an easy experience.

I couldn't be happier with the removal process. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it, and the driver was very friendly and hardworking in helping me load and unload the van. Would definitely use again.

I was very relieved when everything went well. Nigel was helpful and reassuring over the phone when planning the move and the team on the day was quick and competent.

All went very well in the end with just a hiccup regarding some items being sent to Toronto and returned rather than staying in Vancouver (this added 3 weeks to the shipment time). The packing was very good with only one cup broken and it was also good that we were able to receive our goods at the customs office at Victoria airport (we were worried for a while that we would have to go to Vancouver). It would have been helpful to be told in advance more details of the Canadian customs arrangements and that we should have had our form stamped when we first arrived in Calgary.
