Universal Removals レビュー

This company completely exceeded all my expectations on almost every aspect of the move.
Highly professional And outstanding valve for money. From the packing process by the two highly professional removal men at my home in Glasgow to the delivery at Gozo of my house contents without any problems or damages.
The estimate was extremely competitive and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Universal Removals , I would use their services again without a moments hesitation.

Real pleasure to work with, will definitely use them again. made the whole move painless.
Thank you

Found the service very efficient and good communication but most importantly the handling of our items was first class in packaging and delivery.
Well Done and Thanks

Good service and no problems (shipment picked up in June and we were supposed to have delivery on 22 September but luckily we received it four days early. Our p/u was in Altea Spain going to Michigan, USA. Seemed to be a fair price and no hidden costs.

In terms of offering a fair price for shipping - couldn't be bettered. Able to contact with all queries and as customers felt fully informed. Online payment etc very efficient. All forms sent as required. Everything very clear. The courier arranged by Universal Removals arrived on date booked and goods arrived on Sweden within the agreed time.

We were very pleased with Universal Removals, we had been let down by another logistics company, Nigel at Universal managed to fit everything into our time frames and even got our goods to us in Spain earlier than stated.
So thank you to everyone, the drivers were great.

Superb from start to finish, communication 5 star, service 5 star....
Nigel was very very helpful

Excellent service, ours was not an easy move....coming from the other side of the world but we had help all the way sorting out all the immigration problems etc...thank you so much to Universal Removals for helping us every step of the way, we are forever grateful....

Never a problem. All staff are pros at what they do.
I would recommend them at anytime.

100% would recommend "UNIVERSAL REMOVALS" over and over again!
From initial enquiry to moving day and delivery couldn't fault the service
Well done Nigel and the team!

Thanks to Universal Removals' friendly team we had a smooth move to Switzerland. Will certainly consider this company again if we ever plan another international move.

Excellent service throughout. The delivery was difficult in Spain as there was a steep hill leading to the villa and we had an 8ft Ferris wheel but all safely unloaded.

Perfect Excellent. Staff. 5. Star

We used Universal Removals at short notice and we were surprised with the simplicity of their service. Very well organised processes and absolutely no problems with our move whatsoever. Good communication from start to finish. Will definitely use them again on return to England.

Hello Nigel

Just to let you know that everything worked out perfectly and the furniture arrived on time and intact.

Pawelek was hardworking, efficient, quick and competent; It also helped that he was strong, which made the loading/unloading and placing of the furniture so much easier than expected.

All the best

Peter & Ruth
