Our five year old fridge (LG brand LDCS24223s) was making horrible vibrating noise, getting louder over the last three weeks. The noise would stop if the door was opened. The tech, named Tamar, helped me figure out that it could just be ice buildup in a specific fan, and a manual freezer defrost was the first thing to try. In case that didn’t work Tamar sent over a link to the replacement part. But it worked!! No need to order parts or call a pricey technician! While it thawed I gave the old girl a good cleanup and life looks good again. Ahhh, the quiet…

Charged me for things I didn't ask for when I cancelled.
Not very friendly associate.
Gives the same info on everyone I looked up.
As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, however, I have paid less and received tons of info and then I signed up with them.

Worst experience ever. Be careful when you buy the 3 days plan, even if you cancel same day membership, they charge you 4,99 + 6.99 + 29 dollars!!

When I signed up, I did not read all the fine print. I did not realize the $29.95 was going to be a monthly charge. When it showed up as a charge the second month, I called Customer Service. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. She cancelled my subscription immediately as I requested and I received a refund the next day.

Every time I tried to look up someone, you ALWAYS ask for extra money. Got tired of it and canceled.

Very easy to use way to research family members. The amount of information that I was able to gather was truly amazing.

I’ve used check people for the last 4 years. I always get accurate and helpful information equal or better than any other site. I have tried at least 6 of the other sites.

Great service. I was able to find everything I needed and then some. Phone numbers, emails, old places of employment, and addresses both old and current.

What a joke. We had a service issue that suspended our account and we couldn't even get anyone to respond and help us sort it out. We have since moved on to another service.

The trial period was a bust. The phone # given was incorrect, thus to me, invalidating accuracy.

I accidentally cancelled my subscription on paypal. I had a special 10 dollar rate but I doubt that would still hold and I can't afford it otherwise.

Good solid information. Don't like the fact that
we are not warned again that after 3 days
it goes into a monthly charge. Should be advised a 2nd time for we elderly (and others) may miss this
and spend money that we didn't count on spending.

Got charged for alot more than I expected. Just wanted one-time. Got charged twice. Canceled whatever you are charging me for.

I was supposed to be charged $1 but they charged me $29 totally false advertising, fraud site!
