The Power of Unmudl

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Unmudl through the Close It Summit when they launched the Technician Economy™ at our 2026 conference in Santa Fe. What stood out to me is the team’s ability to bring a big idea to life in a way that engages companies hiring technicians, community and technical colleges and other leaders around a shared challenge. They have been a valued partner to work with, and I’m excited to co-host the Technician Economy at next year's Close It Summit in Boulder.

Helping colleges scale to meet technician workforce needs

Unmudl's Skills-to-Jobs® Marketplace works with Texas State Technical College to up-skill working learners into high demand technician roles by creating a healthy pipeline into in-person lab courses on our campuses. Unmudl referred learners come into our labs well prepared, and completion rates are nearly 100%. Unmudl also works hand-in-hand with our colleges and local employers to place students in related work roles.

Unmudl offers strong training pathways that are especially useful for entering technical operations roles like Amazon RME (Reliability & Maintenance Engineering). The content feels practical and aligned with real maintenance and automation environments found in fulfillment centers. It helps build relevant skills for troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and industrial systems used in Amazon facilities. A solid choice for anyone aiming to start or advance a career in RME or similar industrial engineering roles.
