Tracking a purchase made dec 12th says its still processing. Zero response from emails sent to Anthony at uolova. very disappointed. Update! Finally recieved almost a month later. No goodies In the box

I ordered 2 wigs, only received 1. I’ve been calling everyday for almost 2 weeks. No response via email or Facebook either. I wish I would have researched this company before making a purchase. I’ve found several complaints saying the same thing.

I've ordered three(3) wigs from Uolova. The first was a jerry curl, piano Honey Blonde, ordered on June 10, 2023. The delivery was in reasonable time & the wig were really nice. The 2nd a body wavy piano blonde, also really nice, no problem with delivery. The 3rd was another jerry curl piano honey blonde, I had to call & email. It took longer than expected. I got no response from seller & one day it just showed up at my door. On October 18, 2023 stupid me placed a fourth order... Just being proactive preparing for my birthday. i paid $159 and this wig is still currently being processed per their site. I can not get in contact with anyone at this company. I'm hoping one day it will just show up at my door & I can welcome it home but as of now we're broken up. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this company no matter how beautiful their advertisements are.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. I ordered the same wig twice the tracking said the first one was delivered and never came. The second wig tracking is not even popping up. I attempted to contact the service email and phone multiple of times. No one answers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Tell all of your friends to not order from them. Leave as many bad reviews so their business can stop

I ordered a wig for my mom in August 2023. End of August the tracking number still showed no progress. I spoke with Paul from Uolova and he said he would reship the product, which he did. This was after several phone calls and emails. so, I receive the product about mid September, and the odor that came out of the bag was horrific. It may have been the same day or the next day I emailed them and told them that I wish to return the product for obvious reason mentioned above and they promptly sent a return address. I sent the return priority mail the next day expecting a full refund and this is when thing got really bad. Ulovoa emailed me a refund confirmation. Guess what? To this day I have yet to see my refund. I opened several disputes with Afterpay sending them the email of the refund confirmation and a photo copy of the package that was returned. In addition to most of the emails that I had sent to Uolova. Time and time again Afterpay would close the disputes because Uolovo kept stating that the package was delivered, which i had indicated in my email that it was received, however, I returned the merchandise immediately. Afterpay states that the merchant must initiate the refund. My question is What the hell is an email confirmation of the refund? The merchant kept insisting that the product was delivered and neither Ulovoa nor Afterpay addressed the issue of the refund email.
Reading all of the reviews is horrible and I don’t understand why Afterpay would keep a scamming merchant on their portal to continue to scam customers. I am awaiting a call back from the State of California Attorneys General office and the California Consumer protection agency to find out if there is any recourse I can take to get my refund. It sounds like we have all been scammed out of our hard earned dollars, and it’s not fair. This is no longer about the refund, although I do expect a full refund, but the principle of doing business in good faith. There’s no telling how many more customers are out there that have been scammed by Uolova and they need to be stopped. If Afterpay has no leverage with Uplova, I’m hoping the State Attorney Generals office or the Consumer Protection Agency does. I would suggest all of you contact your local agencies to see if they can put a stop to this company that is taking people’s money and not having the decency to contact its customers or refund them their money. This is so disgusting to me, (If I could give a negative 100 review…I would) and I will not give up until either of these agencies tell me that there is nothing else I can do or they help me get my refund or put Uolova on Notice about these complaints. I will post another updated review once I hear from the agencies.

I believe this company is a scam. I ordered three wigs on October 2 and never got any thing from them by then PayPal had already paid them. November 11 they came in but only two of the wigs and one is still out there. This is after several phone calls and several emails and I’m still out over $139, they are awful. Don’t do business with them.

I ordered two different units from this company this year. When the items came I only had one unit in the box. I tried reaching out to the company with the phone number. Unfortunately, the number is just a google like number. I also tried emailing the company to see where my unit was and NO RESPONSE. Don't trust them at all

Welp, it’s official. I got played! I was hoping it wasn’t true but by the many reviews here it is. This has never happened to me with a hair company so I am extremely disappointed. I knew something was up when I got my order number. Not to mention the mismatch addresses on the site. How sad that this “company” is taking people’s hard earned money. God is keeping the books, you reap what you sow!

I just order blind with this company before the reviews I can not find any tracking details I feel like it’s a scam also

Just received my wig today. Ordered it in October. So NOT what I ordered. Color is so off. Its a hot mess blonde supposed to be brown with highlights. Don't know where part is located. Texture is frizzy and wild. Looks like a pigeons nest. UOLOVA should be ashamed to scam consumers. Poorest quality. I'd send it back but probably wouldn't get proper refund if any. I am so disgusted and disappointed. Suppose will dye it to wear to grocery store. Not fit for any thing else Should have read reviews before ordering

I ordered from them Nov 15th and it say still processing something told me not to do it and I did it anyways during afterpay I am highly pissed 😡 no shipping or nothing scam

I wish I could give this company zero stars, they stole $564.00 from me. I purchased 2 wigs from them, they allegedly delivered these wigs with no certified receipt or signature from me. I work long hours, came home to no package. I live in a huge condo with several shareholders and was never able to locate my package. They refused to refund my money or resend my package correctly. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Do NOT waste your money with this Scam company.

I placed a order November 7 2023 and it says order would be shipped right away. And I have not received my order I'm going to to have file a claim with my bank. Never will order from here.n

I’ve ordered many units from Uolova for over a year now and have been fairly satisfied with their products and delivery, but this time I am quite disappointed because I am still waiting for my order made on October 16, 2023 - it usually only takes between 10 to 12 days for me to receive their products. My emails haven’t been responded and the phone line is a google system with no one answering. I really hope to receive my product this week (for my birthday) otherwise I will have to unfortunately contact my bank and file a claim :-/

Well, well, well. First of of all, I finally received my Uolova wig that I ordered on October 30th, It is now November 18th. It came in a tan and orange box. The wig was in a plastic bag with a hair net on it. The hair is soft with lots of fly away hairs.There was no instructions, no thank you for your purchase, no wig cap or any other special gifts. I paid $160 and I’m still disappointed. I will not order from this company again. This wig was poorly made and this was a nightmare.

Ordered my wig back in October.. placed a complaint with Afterpay they sent me a tracking number that did not work… I’m in the process of disputing it with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are scammers

I ordered on November 8th, fake tracking says delivered last June! I'm glad I used PayPal. I already opened a case.

I placed an order on 9/26/23 and today is 11/12/23 still have not received my unit! Now they are not answering my calls or emails! I will be following through with the proper authorities! I'm not letting no one keep my money and not give me what I paid for.

Didn't receive email confirmation then when I did receive it and took it out the box you could literally see the whole track on the top. Could barely part the wig because the track is showing. First and last time ordering from them

I placed an order for a 4/27 Body wave wig Lace front on August 3rd. To date, I have not received my merchandise. I have been told several times its in transit. SINCE AUGUST 3RD?!! I have requested a replacement shipment or refund with no response.
I do not recommend buying from them.
