I cannot fault Upcircle's customer service. I had an issue with a product and I was contacted with a solution which I was very happy with. They didn't have to do what they did and to be honest, even if they hadn't, I would still shop with them as their products are fab.

I started using Up Circle face products a year ago and love them all (cleansing balm, moisturiser, sun cream and eye balm). Just started using the body oil too for my dry legs and it is gorgeous. Bit of a blip with last order but customer service team were second to none and had things sorted and replacement sent within a couple of days. Very impressed all round.

I’ve been using the UpCircle cosmetics for a few years now and have always been happy with the quality of the products and with how effective they are. Furthermore, when things went wrong with my latest delivery, the problem was sorted out promptly with understanding and the replacement items sent straight away. Great customer service and a wonderful quality of products.

Lovely feel and easily absorbed , slightly strange scent at first but its grown on me !

All my queries regarding my account dealt with rapidly and correctly. Fabulous shampoo and conditioner, I wont be using anything else. I set up a subscription and because I changed my shop pay account I was worried my subscription would be lost, customer services dealt with it rapidly putting my mind at rest.

I had a problem with a jar of my ususal face cream.
I emailed Customer Care and received a very swift response.
I was asked to provide some details, which I did.
Again a very swift reply, and very satisfactory resolution, in a friendly and caring manner.
Always fantastic service from this wonderful company, who I am a very faithful customer of. 🤩

Upcircle products are proving to be consistently the best I have ever purchased. The one issue I had was dealt with quickly and a free substitute was sent within a couple of days. Great company all round.

Fast delivery and very useful samples to try before you buy.

The samples were far too small to make a judgement on these products .
Shampoo was lovely but the conditioner 'locked' my hair up . Had to use my regular conditioner to be able to conb/brush my hair through .
Love the story and ethics behind the products though . But not for me

Far and away the best eye cream I have ever used. Also love the custard apple serum and new gel moisturiser.
All of this and it’s made from up-cycled ingredients, everything is biodegradable and all the packaging is recycleable .

I bought the peptide serum and a sample of the night cream. Both were so good that I then bought the night cream too! My skin looks hydrated and healthy. Friends have commented on how good it looks! Very happy with my purchases.

As always every single product that i have purchased have been absolutely fabulous. I tried the mystery box for the first time as it was discounted and every single product is divine. I have been a customer of Upcircle for a while now and keep coming back as I love the ethics and beautiful products that they have and still continue to create. I would 100% recommend to give this company a try as like me you won't be disappointed ❤️
Also I was missing a free travel size sample from my order which was delbt with swiftly and professionally by their customer service.So a big thank you for that as I am now going to order the full size Hand and body cream as it is divine ❤️

Excellent company and love their products.

I've only had two minor shipping issues since becoming a customer, both were dealt with super quickly and they went above and beyond to look after me. Really says a lot about their brand.

I'm looking forward to them introducing their new refills!

After a delivery issue (which was partly my fault and partly the courier), customer services were so helpful and friendly in sorting it out. My products arrived yesterday and I’m very happy with them. It’s also wonderful to find packaging that isn’t made of plastic - a rarity these days. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Lovely products. So far, I’ve tried the cleansing milk, shampoo and conditioner creams, and I’m really impressed. The shampoo and conditioner have left my hair feeling beautifully soft and nourished, which, in my experience, isn’t always the case with more natural products that avoid all the harsh chemicals. I’m really enjoying them and will definitely be trying more.

Fantastic service from upcircle and even better products. I love their products. I have eczema and very sensitive skin and these products suit my skin perfectly. They also contain very good natural ingredients as they say on their labels and are 3rd party tested and truthful. I will be buying more.
