Excessive advertising maybe. Ur everywhere! Too much and u get ignored or thought greedy?

Trying shampoo but doesn’t seem to last more than 3 days on my mature hair. Tried it for itchy scalp. Bttr then previous shampoo but overall could look better. Could be my own health?

Excellent customer service. Item arrived damaged I sent one email and they replaced item which arrived the next day. Very happy

A company with a great ethical values and a comprehensive range of products. The ability to order a sample pack which was much appreciated. This allowed me to try lots of different products at very low cost, I wish more companies would consider doing this. As a bonus, the sample pack included a £20 voucher against future purchases - no catches, no gimmicks, just a straightforward £20 off which was very welcome. I actually managed to misplace my gift card which was totally my own fault, however, a quick email to customer services and they provided a replacement e-giftcard, Excellent customer service.

Hi 👋 I have ordered a lot of different products from up circle last yr 2025 and I was not disappointed with any of d products I tried out between eye cream night & Day cream eye oil and I am gonna try out this new gel moisturiser which has just been launched. I have v sensitive skin & not 1 of up Circle’s products caused any problem to me. In fact it made a huge difference to my skin. 🌸🌸

Upcircle is a great company! I’m 61 and have never been able to stay with one brand long before my skin becomes reactive. Everything ! My entire self care routine is from Upcircle! The only product I have to get elsewhere is a hairspray/finishing spray( my hair is a lot).
And customer service is amazing! They literally got back to me in minutes to help me with something!
I just can’t say enough here.
If you haven’t tried them , you are missing something special!

I’ve been using UpCircle products for a while now and have genuinely loved every product I’ve tried really works wonders for my skin always feels nourished skin feels fresh. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be the face scrub – it leaves my skin feeling so soft, smooth, and refreshed. That said, I honestly love the whole range!

What really stands out to me is not just the quality of the products but also the customer service. On the few occasions I’ve needed to get in touch, the team has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. It’s rare to find a company that cares so much about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend UpCircle to anyone looking for effective, high-quality skincare.

Love the products - at 64 my skin has not looked this good in 30 years. Amazing customer service. My order was labeled undeliverable by the carrier and a simple phone call on my end fixed the issue.

Have really enjoyed familiarizing myself with the brand and their products. So much thought goes into everything they do. I love their "reuse/recycle" ethos and everything I've tried so far feels so lovely on my skin and gives me such excellent results! Bonus points for having a shop in my area where I can get refills — giving local business to a local business is top notch!

I love up cycle products. I’ve been using them on and off for a couple of years and I’ve now gone back to them. The products are unique to my skin makes me feel so much more refreshed and moisturised. I look forward to my next purchase.

Excellent eye cream: easy to apply, non-greasy, feels great, and the price is great too.

Lovely products that made my skin/hair feel amazing! I bought the pamper kit, which had 10 samples. I bought a full size facial sunscreen, which doesn't make my eyes sting like regular sunscreen does. The hair products are great, and a little goes a very long way.

For me Upcircle are the real deal. Their products are wonderful and nothing is hidden. I love the shampoo, deodorant, body oil and lotion, eye cream and peptide serum. Their customer service is the best, they never fail to respond and resolve any issues very quickly. Their commitment to be ethical at every level is impressive and very rare, They deserve all the success in the world for that. Whilst I still have the means to shop with Upcircle, I will be doing so 💯

I was impressed when I had a query about my order as I had an immediate reply reassuring me.
I was also very impressed with the quality of the products and thought the idea of the sachets to sample different ones was a great idea. And I was kept up to date with delivery times.

Upcircle skin care products have restored my badly scarred skin and have left it blemish free. After a terrible time with ophthalmic shingles affecting the right side of my face, these fantastic products have totally healed my skin

Be very careful when subscribing. I really like their products but their business practices are those of a big business. I have many subscriptions and they all send me an email to let me know when the next order is being delivered - so I can make changes. Upcircle don't do this. They just send an email to say your next order is on the way. Not great when the order contains sunscreen and it's now Autumn. When I went to cancel my subscription I had to go through about 10 different questions (are you sure you want to cancel etc) where the highlighted buttons would change from yes and no to cause confusion. There was even a video from the owner begging me to stay. Finally after canceling I contacted customer service and he apologized and told me I can return this order. I thought this would be at their cost, but no, I have to pay and they take off the original postage cost from the refund - and I have to fill in an A4 sheet of paper giving my reasons. I'm sure this is all to make me want to give up and keep the product. It's all exhausting and very underhanded.

Prompt delivery and good presentation however I do not particularly like the product Shampoo is good however the conditioner is not so good and the perfume of this product is unpleasant to me.

My package arrived so quickly and in lovely packaging. The body oil is absolutely gorgeous.

No issues with ordering and delivery everything really smooth… their follow up marketing is a bit persistent and they got my first name wrong at first but when I pointed that out it was changed… I have been using the serum and cream for a few weeks now… the serum is nice and sinks in well… the night cream takes ages to sink in and I have a white face for a good while and I have to rub it in a lot… yet saying that it makes my skin feel tighter and quite smooth… the day cream seems richer than the night cream and again a bit of an issue with rubbing it in but again a nice soft feel to my skin … I have very mature skin btw… both creams smell quite unusual a bit metallic which is strange… this is a completely honest review … I will be using the skin wash soon … there is no doubt that it is a quality product.. I will have to get past the unusual smell
