All the products I’ve tried from this company have been fabulous!
I ordered a pamper pack that had sample sizes of various products and loved them all. My skin looks & feels better than it has, in years.

I’ve also just bought the shampoo & conditioner & a friend I met today, said my hair looked “gorgeous”!

Also, I discovered that our local wholefood shop not only sells many of the Upcircle products but also offers refills!!!

I love not only the products but the ethos of the company 💚

Excellent customer service regarding missing parcel which was the courier’s fault not upcircle!.swiftly sent a replacement order.it is the second order I have placed and the products are superb.my skin looks and feels amazing.definitely a returning customer

I have dry and very itchy scalp, and I was hoping that this product will help me. But unfortunately, it didn’t. I am a little sad because I was researching and really hoping I will have a shot with this product, but ….NO !!!

Such a clever way to try out the range of products - get samples! This is what I did and discovered the Cleansing Balm. A new product for me but I love it. Yes, it’s quite pricey, but you don’t need much and it’s now part of my nightly routine AND it smells lovely!

Love the products, love the company!! I am using a few products right now, from face oil and serum to night cream. My skin is 52 years old and has loved a lot of moisture for the past few years. I am totally satisfied with my current line of products. - And the upcycling concept works for me, too. I love the "even-better-factor" here.

My original package did not arrive but when I emailed reporting this they responded extremely quickly and a replacement was delivered 2 days later. They could have been more polite or helpful and that really means a lot to me. The eye cream feels fabulous to apply and I'm sure will make a real difference in due course. I'm very impressed.

Love, love these products. I use the peptide serum, eye cream, daily moisturiser, and night moisturiser and wouldn't be without them now.

Love the whole ethos and story behind this brand!

I feel good putting the skincare range on, like I’m not putting chemicals on my face. It’s even sorted out that crepe feeling skin on my neck.

Really pleased with my new skincare brand.

The facial moisturiser is lovely. It’s expensive but a little goes a long way. I find the Factor 25 a little bit greasy but they both smell lovely.

Whilst the products are good, customer service is sadly lacking. Beware of subscriptions being signed up without your knowledge or consent. I’ve been sent items that I haven’t even opened boxes of, to be told I had a subscription (I didn’t) that the order had been processed and they were unable to cancel it despite it not being dispatched until 5 days later. To cancel the subscription is long winded- video to watch to try to persuade me and multiple steps before I was actually able to cancel it. The items arrived today which remain unopened and I’m informed that I’m responsible for postage costs 😡😡😡😤

I really wanted to like this product but the night cream made my skin feel uncomfortably tight. They kindly sent me the face oil to wear on top at night but obviously makes hairline greasy. I now find that the peptide serum brings me out in skin bumps and spots! I’ve never had sensitive skin but this clearly does not agree with my normal skin. Shame.

Everyone at UpCircle REALLY cares they have helped me right at the start of my journey and recently post-surgery above and beyond letting me know exactly what is in the skincare I want to resume so I can ask my surgeon! I will not use any other care product when you have support like this

The products are excellent - I have purchased the shampoo, conditioner, face moisturiser, peptides and spf moisturiser and love all of them - I have had repeated orders.
I had a small problem with my account requiring an email / contact information change and this was dealt with by UpCircle very swiftly and efficiently.

I love the face and eye creams. The face cream is a great moisturiser without feeling heavy or making your skin feel greasy. The eye cream has reduced my dark circles so that’s a bonus!
I’ve recently purchased the face wash but haven’t tried it yet, I need to finish what I’m using but am itching to start the Upcircle one!

Ordering is quick and simple but I'm not sure if it really is making a difference as coffee does have a slight shrinking effect, so a tiny improvement but not very exciting 🫤

Bought several items including the peptide serum, cleansing milk and shampoo crème. Everything is high quality, at a good price, and effective. Smells subtle but great. I love the ethics and sustainability of this brand and will buy again.

The products and customer service are first class. They sorted out an issue I had within hours. I am very impressed on all counts.

I made an order of over £70 to find out the next day that there was a 25% off sale. I contacted UpCircle to ask if I could return and reorder. They kindly refunded the £12 difference so there was no need to return. Thank you 🙏🏼

Customer service is so efficient, super kind and available. I love their products, my skin is getting better and better. I feel grateful that I got to know UpCircle.
