I made an order of over £70 to find out the next day that there was a 25% off sale. I contacted UpCircle to ask if I could return and reorder. They kindly refunded the £12 difference so there was no need to return. Thank you 🙏🏼

Customer service is so efficient, super kind and available. I love their products, my skin is getting better and better. I feel grateful that I got to know UpCircle.

The products are pleasant to use and I like the idea of using 'waste' ingredients. Packaging and delivery is first rate.

I had cancelled my subscription for the jumbo shampoo creme. I had been using it for months and it really helped clear out the itching and flaking scalp. However, the last 4 washes my hair has been limp, greasy, red and itchy scalp. I had tried washing it once, twice, with conditioner, without conditioner, air drying, using hair dryer. Also used a new jar to see if it helped but it didn’t. My hair was horrible to touch and looked it, the same day I had washed it. Customer service emailed asking why I had cancelled and after explaining. They made sure my subscription was cancelled and offered to send me a face moisturiser free of charge due to the inconvenience.

I have only been using my UpCircle products for a short period but so far they are very nice on my skin. The Cleansing Milk is easy to use and doesn’t leave a tightness on my skin and the moisturiser sinks into my skin and does not leave a greasy feel. So far so good 👍

Had issues with a gift card code which Meg at UpCircle dealt with really quickly and was very helpful. Looking forward to getting my goodies!

Was hoping the "chemical free" suncream would be beneficial to our family. Well, how wrong was I. I am currently nursing a severe reaction. I tried it twice 2 weeks apart just to be sure it wasnt a coincidence because I really wanted to love it given the expense. Never again.

I use multiple UpCircle products daily. My skin is now in great condition after a period of stress-related eczema.

The products are excellent and the Customer Service team are phenomenal.

I'm so happy to have found UpCircle!

A breathe of fresh air this company. I bought some products which didnt suit me and the company kindly offer to replace them with something else. Not many companies would do that! All in all a pleasure to buy from and although not everything suited me, what did is amazing. Thanks Upcircle. Will be back to buy again.

I like the natural ingredients but unfortunately my skin reacted pretty badly.
Careful not to accidently click the 'Subscribe' button. There are several on the way to check out and no chance to cancel the order as you're not notified until item has been dispatched. They also charge for returns.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with UpCircle Beauty!

I realised immediately after placing my order that I hadn’t been able to use my preferred payment method and that the 10% first-order discount hadn’t been applied. I contacted customer support within less than five minutes of placing the order and asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded.

Instead, I was told that I should wait for the order to arrive and, if I still didn’t want it, arrange a return for a full refund.

This really surprised me, particularly because sustainability is such an important part of UpCircle’s brand ethos. If a customer contacts you within minutes of placing an order specifically asking for it to be cancelled, requiring the order to be delivered first and then returned creates completely unnecessary packaging, delivery and return journeys.

What makes the situation more frustrating is that I am apparently also expected to cover the cost of returning an order that I tried to cancel within minutes of placing it!

I appreciate that mistakes can happen at checkout, but I would have expected a more customer-focused solution in this situation, especially from a brand that places such a strong emphasis on sustainability.

I’m sharing this honestly because I think there is a disconnect between the sustainability values being promoted and the way this particular situation was handled. I hope UpCircle will reconsider its checkout/cancellation process so that customers aren’t put in a position where an avoidable delivery and return are created in the first place.

I ordered a pack of samples, and I was hoping to use you face cream on a regular basis, but the smell of it is really off putting... to me it smells like a mix of coffee grounds and cigarette ash (quite disgusting...)
I know you use coffee grounds in your products...
but cigarette ash is a step foo far...!!!

I had a query on my recent order the response from email was almost immediate and without any question my issue was dealt with straight away ..cannot fault their customer service

Great ingredients and product quality, lovely high-end packaging which is durable and reusable, brilliant ethics and customer service

I ordered the sample pamper set for a gift, it looked great on Instagram......It's tiny sachets of product in a flimsy cardboard box the size of a deck of playing cards. It looks so cheap. The packaging was crushed, the gift was crushed and it looks so cheap. I'm sure when I ordered it said it was reduced from £29.99 to £20. There's no way this is worth anything like either price. I would not embarrass myself giving this to a friend. On special promotion I got a further one for £14, again crushed packaging, a body oil £10 off, crushed packaging. Not impressed at all. £50 spent in total.

I used the peptide serum and i found I dont need to use mosituriser, I could but it makes my face feel matt and non shiney. I am 64 years old with combination skin.

Customer service is absolutely excellent. Prompt responses, great knowledge of products, helpful and friendly! Tried a trial sample box to get an idea of products. Great quality, packaging. I've been wanting to move away from plastics and start using sustainable products and Upcircle tick all the boxes. I would thoroughly recommend! 😊
