Great software that helps us manage over 300 short term rental properties

I transitioned to Uplisting as my channel manager for 4 short term vacation rentals two years ago. It is the single best move I made from a technology standpoint. Uplifting continues to offer more opportunities to customize stays for my guests as well as take some of the time consuming tasks and put them on auto-pilot. Thank you Vince and all of your team!

Uplisting has played an essential role in my real estate management business over the last few years. They have effectively helped us grow year over year. Whenever I have a question, the support team usually responds that same day.

Uplisting is by far the best overall PMS package that we have used in 4 years of operation as vacation rental manager.

Having tried software from the biggest names in the VR industry which often come with percentage-based charges, lot's of hidden fees and a tonnes of half-broken features that are just rolled out to add "ticks" to the feature list and never fixed.

Uplisting was truly a breath of fresh air and has been our primary PMS system for the past 2 years. Reasonable and crystal clear pricing with features tested properly and rolled out carefully as well as great customer service which actually bothers to follow up with you. Vince and his team do a sterling job. Keep it up.

I have tried many Channel Managers and PMS and this is the only one that could do what I needed (and with ease). Very highly recommended if you want to save yourselves a huge amount of time.

I use Uplisting daily for managing bookings with my short-term lettings. It’s a great bookings tool and easy to use, would recommend it!

For me Uplisting is the best, simplest and most economic channel manager around for management of my 3 properties currently advertised on 3 OTAs. Very supportive team during set up.

I found Uplisting.com just what i had been looking for, I tested 4 or 5 other similar products before settling on Uplisting, mainly because they actually listen to you, real people who know what they are doing , get what you want and sort it, its also well priced and easy to use.

Whilst the automation messaging is fantastic and a great time saver (no more typing the same messages over and over!) I know they are looking to develop this further for more even more auto messages, I also look forward to adding more channels.

PS The new Zapier link is amazing , it just connected everything, I am just adding Quickbooks.

Very responsive and helpful team, open to new ideas and innovations. We would highly recommend Uplisting to any property manager leasing short-term rentals.

I can honestly say, UpListing is the best PMS (property management system) I've used. I use to use Tokeet to manage my properties, and I found nothing but hassles, and poor support. When I stumbled into UpListing, it changed everything.

Firstly I have to say their support team is second to none. I've spoken to Vince one of the founders on their live chat many many times. He's always willing to spend as much time as I need to set things up right.

Once thing are setup, it's amazing. I've literally reduced my AirNBN/Booking.com management time by 95%. My emails are all automated, as are the cleaners, and my owners have full visibility.

We also use price management system PriceLabs and this fits right into UpListing. In fact I just finished analysing a client's apartment in Adelaide, and we increased their revenue 30% in the last 12 months. That's crazy when I'm doing only 5% of the work!

We also saw a spike in 5 star ratings. This is mostly from message automation. I now remind guests of their upcoming stay. Then remind them of leaving and thank them for their patronage after the fact... literally UpListing does all that for me. I do nothing but bask in the glory.

Love this service...makes making changes to my Booking.com platform sooo easy, when before I started with Uplistng it was a nightmare...
Can't wait until I can sync everything' with Airbnb.

Uplisting is a great company for people looking for a channel manager that understands what is required for short term property owners and managers

Highly recommend Uplisting. Vince and team are wonderfully responsive and helpful.

The User should be able to pick the commission (3-4-5%) applied by AirBnb and the one (15-18-21%) applied by Booking.
Also, the commission that AirBNB charges to the person who books should be a parameter that the user can select to see what the final price is. And then the user should be able to correct the price in Airbnb. If not, while the net is the same, the price to the end user can be very different. So people that search houses both in AirBNB and Booking can find the same property, priced very differently, in the same period.
The App is absolutely necessary. Sometimes it's hard to connect to the computer to make changes.
