Sta mattina mi trovo questa notifica ! volevano rubarmi 47€ . menomale che non ho avuto i soldi sulla carta! poi quando ho provato ad utilizzare il loro servizio ( di trasformare una fot in pdf costo 0,50 cent ) prima mi hanno preso i soldi poi nulla errore di conversione. attenzione !!

Passwort recovery not working, no support
Passwort recovery not working and very poor support.
wrote support 3 times, and ryan once and haven't heard back for weeks and locked out of my account
Edit: after being in contact with the support and them helping me out to resolve all my problem and giving me a refund, I have to change my rating.

Most easy to use and fastest Fileshare site i know so far. As i have to share large files now and then i need a Site that is trustworthy, easy to use and fast. That is my expirience with ufile.io

This service is unusable
This service is unusable. Whatever this company was for quality under it's old name, it did not carry over.
If you are expecting to pay premium for this service to store and share your data with customers, friends, or family, LOOK ELSEWHERE. This site is fraudulent in advertising that unpaid accounts can download data at 1 MB/s. I have found the speeds to be closer to 60 KB/s and often the transfer will **fail entirely**. I believe this is done intentionally to force everyone wishing to use the service to pay the premium.
Your customers will suffer if you choose this service to store your data and share it.
Additionally, don't trust the high rating they have. It is clear from the comments of these 5 star reviews that they either paid a company or used automation themselves to boost their rating through fake reviews. Many of them don't even make sense! Use your head.

I am sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, we are under a DDoS attack so there's not much we can do at the moment. Disruptions happen in any industry with any service provider.
To address your last point — we do not use any automation nor paid campaigns, these are our real happy customers.
