Upplai is an impressive tool for job seekers looking to gain an edge in their job applications. It offers a seamless experience—no need to create a separate account since you can log in directly using your Google or LinkedIn credentials.
The platform provides great flexibility. You can upload, bookmark, or paste your resume in various formats and simply enter the job specification to get an instant match and score, all at no cost. Upplai evaluates your resume with an ATS score and indicates the likelihood of passing through the Applicant Tracking System—categorized as low, medium, or high. It even provides a follow-up score that reflects how a recruiter or hiring manager might evaluate your resume.
The tool goes further by analyzing “must-have” and “nice-to-have” job requirements, highlighting exactly where your resume meets or misses them. It also identifies keywords from the job description that appear or are missing in your resume. This level of feedback helps job seekers fine-tune their resumes effectively to improve visibility and increase interview opportunities.

Upplai is so easy to use! I was able to create personalized resumes for each role that I applied to and easily edit/ tweak them without any impact to the overall formatting. I was also able to reuse some of the resumes for similar roles. Because I mostly work of off an IPad Pro, Upplai made a big difference in my job hunt experience- which I’m happy to say is over!
