The exchange rate is always good and clearly stated in the monthly statement for easy to read. When it comes to the dispute, it handles effectively and timely. To deposit your cashback into your bank account, please review the linked accounts on your Upromise profile — including any 529 College Savings Plan account(s), Trump Account(s) (530A), student loan account(s), and/or checking/savings account(s). Make sure they are active, verified, and that all account information is accurate.
You can do this by going to the Profile page of your Upromise account and clicking the Manage link in the Linked Accounts section.
Additionally, please check the minimum transfer requirement listed on your Profile page. This is the amount of Earned Rewards you’ll need in your Upromise account before we attempt to automatically transfer your rewards during the next monthly transfer cycle.

Rewards program ain't what it used to be!
The more cash rewards I earn, the harder it seems you make it to earn rewards. Some of your Bonus rewards just flat out don't work. Your surveys only work when I use the app with my iPad. They used to work when I used the website, but not anymore.

Survey partners sometimes limit access based on device or browser settings, which can explain why they work on your iPad but not the website. We’d be happy to take a closer look and help get things working consistently again.

Upromise is attentive to fraudulent charges. The response to notify me and rectify the situation was outstanding.

Too inconsistent
Too often the promoted rebate percent is limited to a single category. The shopping process is encumbered by having to navigate through the Upromise site. The partners and rewards are in a constant state of flux. A significant number of the partners only offer rewards to ‘new’ customers.

To clarify, all shopping partners shown on Upromise are available to all members, and we display the same merchants and rewards to everyone. Rewards are not limited only to “new” customers.
We know navigating offers can sometimes feel complex, and partner promotions do change over time. Our goal is to make earning rewards as straightforward as possible, and your feedback helps us identify where improvements are needed.

U Promise has good surveys. You get actual cash back for doing them. I get cash deposited in my checking account at the first of every month. I divide it up between two grandchildren that are going to college With the price of tuition, it doesn't help them much but every dollar helps.
