In many cases, transfer issues occur when the linked account still needs to be verified. Any bank‑information changes require you to confirm the update by clicking the verification email sent from Upromise. Once the account is verified, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect, and redemptions can only be processed once the account is active and confirmed.

We understand how frustrating it can be when your purchases or activities on Upromise don't always track as expected. Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

- Once a purchase is made through our link, it may take up to 30 minutes and up to 5 business days to appear as pending in your Shop ledger.
- After appearing as pending, most purchases will credit to your account within 32 days. For travel-related purchases, it may take up to 90 days.
- If you are missing credit for a purchase, please ensure you have followed all the steps and allow the full crediting period to pass. Sometimes, technical issues or device settings can prevent tracking, and unfortunately, we may not always be able to issue credit if the transaction was not tracked by the merchant.
