They suck

They suck. Simple as that. For y
Over a year I've tried to retrieve my daughter's funds from them. No response. No valid contact number. Even tried reaching employees via linkedin. No luck.

For the life of me I can't get to an…

For the life of me I can't get to an agent regarding my rewards. My info has been entered and the bank part says not verified. I've been trying to re-do it but it won't let me. I have $305 I would like transferred to my bank. I've had no satisfaction up to this point.
