If I could give zero stars I would. I sent a package from the UK in November, which was formula milk for our baby for our stay in December, itâs March , weâre home and the package hasnât been delivered. Trying to get an answer from customer service is near impossible, I provided all the required and requested information on time and in full but get no answers. Itâs been four months and itâs not delivered, we ended up bringing the milk with us as we didnât trust it would arrive in time and thank goodness we did. Out of pocket considerably. Clearly no one works at this company, answers an email, sends the forms, complete con artists and I wouldnât bother to use them if you want your goods to arrive! A shambles. Iâve repeatedly asked for my items to be declared lost so I can start then refund process and not a single peep!

Ordered through Amazon and had an issue where I missed delivery because I wasnât home. Completely my fault and missed the drivers calls.
Called in - my call was answered in 5 seconds by Charity.
Apart from Charity helping me to find a solution to get the package delivered in a way that would be convenient and would account for me not being home - she was also just so lovely to deal with.
I called late towards end of shit 18:00 and she made sure that I was helped. I even missed her call and got a call back because she stayed a few minutes later to ensure that my query was dealt with and my package was routed successfully.
Charity was great and made my day!
First time ordering from Amazon in America shipping to South Africa, first time dealing with UPS and could not be happier! If this is the experience each time Iâll be returning again and again - will also tell everyone to use UPS to ship from US to SA.

Never in my life will I ever trust UPS with my parcels. Theyâre very slow and shipment are always delay. I called UPS South Africa dozens of times and their call centre agents sounds like theyâre doing you a favour.
My parcels was delayed and they didnât provide any reasons for the delay. The parcels got here damaged and they canât account for anything. This is the poorest service ever!

UPS have non existent communication skills with customers. Rude and bureaucratic. You hold on for 10 min on average to speak to someone, because they don't call you and then they come back and ask for the same documents 3 times you submitted 4 days before that. I've explained 3 times that a certain import is a zero Dollar value replacement aviation part, yet they insist I pay import Tax for Customs!

UPS is the worst company you can possibly use for courier services. We used them to ship an international express package from the United Kingdom to South Africa, it arrived 7 days ago on the 25th of October in South Africa, clearance fees have been paid, but our package still hasnât been delivered to the receiver. They have been scanning the package at Kempton Park for the past 7 days now but still no action has been taken to deliver our package. Itâs the 31st of October today as we speak but still nothing.
Their service is pathetic and revolting to say the least. Avoid using them at all cost.

This has got to be the worst courier company ever! They do not even deserve the one rating. There is little to no communication either via telephone or email or cell unless payment is required!!! Don't try to phone either, you are either cut off regularly or you wait 30 minutes plus on the phone and still no response. Gave up. 36 days and still no parcel which is a b'day gift of 6 special balls of wool!!!! The most awful experience.

Nightmare. Sent on 19th December and with so much messing about that it still hasn't been delivered. This is a company to avoid.
I sent Christmas presents to South Africa and the package arrived in SA on 22 December but since then it has been a backwards and forwards situation. I even have UPS UK Involved and after the 3rd UK rep, thought I was making progress. Now they ask for some information about the receiver that I have supplied twice to UPS and once to Parcel2go but still no movement. Parcel2go have been proactive but UPS have been pointless and unhelpful. AVOID UPS if you want an international parcel to arrive at its destination.
