After 3 attempt's the PKG
After 3 attempt's the PKG. was returned, the reason The driver said by email no one home to sign for pkg, on 3rd day, final attempt. They never rang Bell, I had a note please ring bell, also on 3rd day i was outside, my camera never saw anyone, Ups could have sent email. If i could pick the pkg up? it seems like driver may have been at fault.

Worst experience ever, avoid at all costs!
I paid for express international that was meant to take 3 days. UPS obviously stuffed up the customs clearance which has resulted in huge costs with duties as well as their fees they put on top. Three weeks later my parcel is still in government possession and UPS is trying to charge me even more than the first invoice I paid.
They then won't let me as the shipper solve the issue and the customer has to which has been an awful experience for them.
Worth paying a bit more and going with DHL or DPD.
unprofessional / incompetent company
Back in 20th of May 2020, I sent a package to Saudi - the content was supposed to be stored at 4C upon arrival to Saudi - this package was misplaced and delivered to my partner after 6 weeks.
I have submitted a claim that we cannot be sure that the product work correctly, since we don't know anything about the storage conditions in the past 6 weeks, and asked kindly UPS to refund for both the shipment and the price of the product a total of
⬠495,59.
AFter 15 months and more than 30 Reminder mail to customer service with no answers - I finally got reply from UPS on 26th of August as follow:
"With reference on the below concern , Shipment was delivered before 14 Months. UPS only keep data in their system for 6 months any above 6 month we canât assist you with information or details.
Also not canât claim after 90 days as per UPS policies."
I am SOOOO frustred that a company can behave like this and still be one of the biggest actors all over the world - it is SOOOOO unprofessional to keep the customer as hostages - and use so much of MY time, and after 15 months give me above message??? Really shame on UPS to behave like this. I wished I could give this message personally to UPS management, but they never get back to me whom I should talk with.

We have shipment No. 820919845 that was delivered to us on August 23 in part and not complete (after filing a complaint with government agencies for the late delivery date) and unfortunately, only two of the 3 shipments were delivered to us !!! And the companyâs delivery employee wrote on the receipt invoice that only two of the three shipments were delivered, and so far we have not received the third shipment despite the passage of 12 days after its unknown status and we contacted the support to not answer and we contacted the customer service in Saudi Arabia and unfortunately for now the problem has not been seriously solved! We ask you to quickly solve the problem and deliver to us the third shipment of unknown fate !!!!!!!!
