I was only able to cash out one time for $5 and change every since then all of my transactions say pending and it's been a week since the earliest one. I'm thinking the only way you can see results is if you were to add your financial information such as bank account or card to the app. Forcing you to reveal and/or share financial info. Revised 09/01/24 I've waited for cash back to post for MORE than 10 days to return to the app today and find the ones I was waiting on "EXPIRED". I believe This is a Fishing APP to gather device and account information

Done with it. I waited for days for a large purchase of .23 back a gallon for a fill up. Kept getting notifications that it was taking longer than usual to complete but give it a few more days. Low and behold, I check a couple of days later and find instead of MY MONEY added, it said EXPIRED. I did everything I was supposed to. They also messed up the search for gas stations in areas where I'm traveling. I liked it when it started now it's so jacked up I'm done.

Ok, so I'll begin with there wasn't really any Gas Station close to me but for $.61/ gallon I was willing to go out of my way..
The old adage "if it sounds to good to be True.."
Well, Yeah, they are supposed to reimburse $.24/gallon..
I wouldn't have made the Trip for that.. and I'm waiting to see if I get money..
But Yeah, Upside is going to get Deleted like a Bad Dates number..

I never got my money. It just disappeared and customer service is none existent. I feel like it's a waist of time a 2 to 3 hundred a month is a lie. That's what the comercial says.

Never got anything after using many times so I deleted the app

After downloading the app. I put my credit card information into my wallet. Fifteen minutes later, I had a fraudulent charge for .10 at a Jersey Mike's in a different state. The charge was made though the Upside app. BEWARE!

Upside is one of the worst apps I have used. There is only $.10 cents tops for each gallon. 12-15 gallons and so you have earned back a quarter. How does that lead up to the hundreds earned back that the commercial claimed. It doesn’t. It is not like the commercial. There isn’t money back for groceries often or a local place I use. Not worth it. If I could give no stars I would. It is free though. I have been using it for 2 years, maybe even 3.

Could not change my email to get my money out. Lost the money I had in there.

This add is a mess !! They forever to give the cash back. My purchase been I processing for almost a month . Stay away from this upside

Account got locked due to breach of contract. Unknowingly how I reached out. I was accused of having more than one account open. I only have one account the problem is on their end. I explained this to them but they refused to give the money that I earned on the app or try to resolve the problem in any way. They are a scam. Stay away.

What a joke. I used the app four times. They delayed the processing and then marked my claims as expired. DONT DO IT!!!! Waste of time.

I got almost $30 back in two months. That would be about1/2 a tank in some states. I thought no most people don’t know how it works. I was notified about the balance, entered account details info and got money into account. Very pleased!

There is a time limit to cash out, something of which I was unaware. Lost everything but 67 cents! This is a worthless scam. Even with the promised discounts you have to go to a station with higher prices than other stations where you don't have to use the app.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP!! They have a lot of false advertising on their app. They advertised $0.20 off per gallon on midgrade. I claimed the offer and submitted the receipt as per their instructions. I bought 15 gallons of gas and they gave me $0.15--in total! I wrote into their customer service and they refused to help. After quite a bit of back and forth, I tried and then realized that this was not going anywhere. If you have earned any monies, take it out quick and delete this app.

This is a joke ,first they involve you making you purchase gas in circle k maybe give you $80 and then your account disappear and you open some other ones your money stay forever on processing status (mine for over a year) and customer support never resolve your problem you save more in AMPM. Is better

This app is a scam been trying to contact customer support for the past three and a half weeks I had the app for over two and a half years went to cash out with $162 to a PayPal account and no one will contact me or email me back do not install this app it's a joke!!!!

You have to find a station them claim your cash back amount and station. Then you pump. Then you have to tell the app you pumped then after over a month it says processing then expired. I reached out they need my bank statement. BS. it is way to much work for them to say you’re not getting any cash back. I used the app for over a month. I fill up every day. I got $5. Not worth the BS

I've been using upside for about a year.I've never had a bad experience.I've always got back decent money. I get back probably $10 every 2 months, so I would recommend the app.

Upside hasn't paid me for 12 of the last 15 gas stops. It is a constant battle to check if I get paid, and then the purchase expires. It is so much hassle. There are big box stores with better prices. I'm done with Upside.

Website is a scam the app we offer a certain amount but when you claim the amount, the app actually pays different and a lot of cases lesser RaceTrac Offered $.30 per gallon after I paid that app only gave me $.13
