Good price for a new bike they purchased from a bike dealer.

Changes were made to the bike that I didn’t fully appreciate. A wheel was swapped out for a sub-grade part, the derailer had “demo” written on it, and pegs and grips were as basic as they come. They put all of these on a Specialized Expert Carbon. It was hard to see these changes in the pictures when I was buying, but definitely disappointing.

Upway was great. The bike as advertised was what it was upon receiving, no surprises. Boxed well for transport with no damages. Upway notified me with all the pertinent information, from point of sale to shipment. The carrier (FedEx) kept me informed of delivery dates.

It's a great bike.

However one of the main screw/bolts was crushed & There were no screws to attach the basket to the bike that it came with

I purchased two bikes. Both arrived in a timely fashion and i was kept informed on their transit and delivery.

Both bikes were in excellent condition and needed only a few minutes to be fully assembled and ready to ride.
the price I paid was half of buying locally.

The E-Bike was delivered on time, packaged very well, and the communication through out the process was amazing.

I love this bike!

The help desk was very responsive
However I would recommend that you have your bike fitted. I had to replace the handlebars and seat. Also the pressures in the shockes were why too high.

Seemless transaction and top quality used e-bikes

Bought a bike through upway, recieved 1 bike from new York and love the bike, bought a second for my wife it came from California, shipment was late, brake lights don't work and brakes will not shut off the motor, this was not the same as the 1st bike I purchased. This seems very unsafe for my wife. Contacted upway support immediately, Christopher is working on my case with no resolution yet , it's been 2 1/2 weeks and no diffinitive answers yet?

Probably one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had from moment of purchase to shipping updates, tracking, assembly video and post purchase follow up. Our Aventon Ramblas is perfect and would highly recommend Upway to anyone looking to purchase an E Bike.

Shipping was amazing fast. Bike comes very well packed. The bike was not washed like they said. I am having problems with the charger and can not get a straight answer from customer service if this is covered with the warranty.
Would I buy from Upway again. Very Possible.

I bought a bike from Upway two months ago. I had an issue with my bike, they responded within a day. Then referred me to a local bike shop, then got in touch with Aventon for my warranty. Come to find out it was used error my dumb self, but they stay in touch the whole time. Great Customer Service!

My Evelo Aurora Limited is the second bike that I have purchased from Upway.  The first bike I purchased arrived damaged due to mishandling of the shipper.  I worked everything out with Upway customer support and got a full refund for that bike.  This bike I purchased arrived just a few days, on time, packaged very well, and was not not damaged in any way. You will not believe the box that it comes in, they are masters in shipping a bike. I cannot say enough about my outstanding first class purchase experience with Upway.   Just like to mention that the Evelo Aurora Limited is a very good bike with CVT/Belt drive and I love riding mine and have already put 200 miles on it. Bottom line you can't go wrong with Upway on an e-bike purchase in my experience with them.  Best Regards   Michael "JB"

I ordered my used Aventon. It came earlier than expected. The packaging was amazing. All spray foam to secure everything . Easy instructions and assembly. The bike was exactly how it was listed. I have already told so many people.

The process to buy went really well. I locked in on the bike I wanted and everything went smoothly through delivery and prepping the bike to ride.
