The best customer service out there! I received a bike with a bent disc. They had me take it to my bike shop of choice to get fixed- needed new brake disc. They refunded me the cost in less the 24 hours. Very simple process. We are going to buy another bike from them for a family member due to the responsiveness and amazing customer service. Highly recommend

I had an issue with some freight damage. Shon was very helpful in getting it resolved.

The bike looks and rides great. Was exactly like what was shown in the website description. Very happy with the purchase. Shipping was relatively fast. I got the bike within a week. Assembly was pretty straightforward.

The bike was delivered as promised timely and was is great condition. However I ordered a second set of pedals and they were wrong. Due to the $30 restocking fee it wasn’t worth my time to send them back

Bike was super well packed and shipped promptly. It arrived as advertised, including all charging devices. Components were adjusted properly and the bike rides fine with no issues.

The bicycle arrived broken. It was not properly checked. It could not be charged. Upway does not own the proper equipment to check batteries and bicycle performance. They were trying to use a connection with a cell phone. They don’t have the proper equipment. Upway refused to pay to have the bike fixed. I had to return the bike. I took the bike to a bike shop. They confirmed that Upway had not checked it correctly. Then I had to spend a lot of time repacking it and sending it back. Upway gave me difficulty getting my money back as well. Not a good experience at all. I do not recommend this company. Go to a bike shop.

Customer service was excellent- There was some problem with shipping label in transit. I called Upway to discuss they asured me if there was any problem it would be taken care of... Received quality product as described-Packaged very well
