The shipment was good! The order got to my place (Barcelona) 12 working days after the purchase, just as indicated on the website.

I bought a bundle set and received it earlier than expected so this was a nice surprise. The items in the set look great!

My order was claimed to have been delivered by the shipper but no parcel was received. I raised it with Urban Hideout who, although they contacted Hermes to chase delivery a couple of times, didn't accept that I hadn't received it, preferring to believe the shipper (Hermes). When asked "what happens to the money?" the founder of the company's response was "...although I understand your position you have to understand ours". No replacement was offered or even talked about. Not remotely like customer service!

This laptop stand is great! I have quite a heavy gaming laptop and with the wooden pins in place, it holds it up perfectly!
