Quiet painless. Good delivery .

The glasses are beautiful and all I hoped for. Sadly a gin ballon arrived with a shattered stem eventhough they were very well packed and padded. I emailed Urban who got back to me almost immeadiatly and offered replacement or a refund, I opted for a replacement that arrived within a couple of days.
With my experience I cannot fault them as a company and as a final comment the 1910 range are amazing, especially the stemmed beer glass.
I will be using Urban again.

The glasses were very well packed and arrived safely. Urban bar glasses have some of the best designs in the cocktail world imo. Had a great experience with the Urban bar customer support over a minor issue. Would highly recommend buying from them!

I’d been looking for some tuah glasses for a while, saw them on the Urban Bar site for a very reasonable price and ordered them. The dispatch was very prompt and the glasses were with me in a couple of days.

Simple ordering process, several options for delivery and payment and you can even have your bar ware personalized with their engraving service.

Great support- an item was out of stock, the person who contacted me was very polite, provided great replacement options and the order was shipped with almost no delays. The only negative for me is shipping costs.

I am setting up two cocktail bars at my house in France and have received excellent service from Urban Bar. The quality of their glass wear (particularly the Calabrese designs) is fantastic and they also stock a wide variety of Cocktail Kingdom (the US go to Barware supplier) products which has avoided the shipping and large customs costs in buying something from the US. They have a separate EU website which also avoids the post Brexit issues arising from buying from the UK. Customer service is excellent (thank you Sophie Weston) and the icing on the cake was the Mid Century Modern Italian cocktail bar table which was a perfect addition to the house. I recommend them highly
