There was an error with my order but customer service was very efficient and friendly, and offered a quick and easy solution for me. I will order from them again.
I'm a little disappointed with the quality control of KORIKO shakers and I think I may be looking at another brand in the future. However, this has nothing to do with Urban Bar.

I have been wanting the book from its release in November. To finally get it for a decent price. Shipping was a mad price through other outlets. As an ex barmaid, I have always collected cocktail books and liquor

Ordered and paid via PayPal on the 27th of Feb and not yet received an order confirmation or a tracking. Emailed their contact. No answer. Bad experience

Absolutely fantastic. The service is second to none. The product is wonderful. I have used Urban Bar a few times and every time I am so pleased. 9

Exquisite glassware and fast delivery (bought on the .EU site with no additional charges). The 1910 coupes are really stunning but the gold rim finish was rather poor, with bits worn off and a purple hue. However, the communication was fast and refund basically immediate. Overall, I can recommend and will be buying again.

Be aeare that this shop is UK based and that you‘ll pay 35% or so in top (including incredible high UPS charges)…not reconmended for EU citizens.

I ordered some breakable stuff, and everything was packed very securely. Just quality stuff as well!
