Exceeded expectations

I never give reviews but will make an exception for Urban Bar. Excellent communication and delivery time was much faster than expected. Products were well priced and very well packaged. Highly recommend.

As you will see from my emails to you

As you will see from my emails to you, one of the coupe glasses was broken plus the bitters I ordered was not sent.
Please get it sorted. All the other glasses received are lovely, such a shame one was broken.

Hi Linda, thanks for your comments, apologies for the damaged glass and the missing bitters bottle from your order. This should not have happened and we are investigating further. I can see from my colleagues notes that replacement items and the missing bottle was sent out and has been delivered. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

You go beyond, I had missed a number off the post code when ordering, receiving a phone call from your company you had my order in the post by end of day. Thank you.
