We are located at Tjärhovsgatan 14, Södermalm where we have our bike shop that is packed with unique bike parts from all over the world. In the back of the premises you will find a bicycle workshop where we build custom bikes and service both your commuter bike and road bike.
We're a small, niche bike shop and those of us who work here have a passionate love of cycling.
We currently have customers from all over Sweden, but also a large international presence both through our online store and in our physical store.
We are dealers for, among others, Cinelli, Genesis Bikes, Chrome Industries, Bagaboo Bags, YNOT Made, Campagnolo, Miche, Chris King, etc, etc.
We are focused on high quality products and only sell brands that have the same approach to quality and passion for cycling as we do.

Great shop & great stuff!
Very helpful service by phone before purchase. Good to have a LBS in Stockholm that could assist when the local bike shops in Gothenburg, although helpful & service minded, were lacking the hardware.

Not sure if they actually did send my order or if what they say about it being lost in delivery is true.
But I didn't get my stuff that I payed for.
And all they have to say is "postnord is not insured in case of parcel being lost. Try to contact postnord, we are not responsible anymore."

Hi Oskar. I can understand your frustration. As you can see, and also saw the parcel arrived in Malmö on its way to Denmark, so the aggressive tone that implies that we shouldn't have sent your order is a bit unnecessary, I would say.
We clearly gave you the terms on the PostNord commercial letter, and you still actively chose that shipping alternative instead of the default UPS, that are fully insured, traceable and reaches Denmark in 2 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for PostNord (Local post) because the packages cannot be tracked. This means we cannot confirm if the person has received their order or not. Postnord does not offer tracking or insurance for commercial letters. This information was clearly stated when you actively changed the shipping from the default UPS to Postnord (local post)
The Postnord option is usually chosen when someone wants to order inexpensive items, like a cap or a small accessory and wants to save some money on the shipping. The price difference isn't that big in Denmark, but we use this in the Swedish market, where the price differences are higher.
We cross our fingers and hope your order arrives within the next day. It’s not common that Post misplaces letters, I think that has happened 3-4 times during 13 years. PostNord has been delayed a few times, but normally it works just fine in Scandinavia and Germany.

The bike was disassembled and shipped to me.
The bike was carefully packed and arrived as new. Thank you.

Har stadig ikke modtaget pakke og den har nu ligget de sidste 3 dage på pakkecentral Malmø. Kan jeg få pengene tilbage??

Hvis du ikke har modtaget din ordre, skal du kontakte os direkte, ikke gennem trustpilot. Vi tjekker med PostNord på mandag. Som vi tydeligt siger, er PostNord Brev hverken sporbar eller forsikret.
