Urban Bike Wear について
当該企業による記述
We are located at Tjärhovsgatan 14, Södermalm where we have our bike shop that is packed with unique bike parts from all over the world. In the back of the premises you will find a bicycle workshop where we build custom bikes and service both your commuter bike and road bike.
We're a small, niche bike shop and those of us who work here have a passionate love of cycling.
We currently have customers from all over Sweden, but also a large international presence both through our online store and in our physical store.
We are dealers for, among others, Cinelli, Genesis Bikes, Chrome Industries, Bagaboo Bags, YNOT Made, Campagnolo, Miche, Chris King, etc, etc.
We are focused on high quality products and only sell brands that have the same approach to quality and passion for cycling as we do.

The Product pictures on the chains I ordered do not match the product I received. So I have sent them back together with 2 products I ordered wrong.
Additionally, the shell on the stem I ordered is not in pristine condition. It's a bit deformed, but I need to keep it in order to ride my bike.

Thanks for the review. 👍
We will check the chains when they arrive, they should be the right chains we sent. But of course we may have sent the wrong one, as even the sun has spots. 😳
You should have contacted us directly if you received defective goods and we would have sent a replacement immediately. In Sweden it normally takes 1 weekday before it will arrive in your mailbox⚡️
