Great clothes and fantastic customer service
Great clothes and fantastic customer service. My coat was too big emailed and received prompt reply from Lauren , who kept in touch until I received my refund ordered a smaller size which I love . Will definitely be ordering again.

Really slow service
Ordered some jeans, they were too big so the following day I requested a return. Royal Mail picked up my parcel (this cost me nearly £8!!!) on the 11th October and today (26th October) I receive an email stating that they’ve received my return and refund will take up to 10 days to credit! That will be almost a month of waiting for a refund that I’ve paid £8 for. Quite poor really.

Hi Kirsty, thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We have had a look and can see that you were charged £3.99 for your return when it should have been £2.99. I have raised this with our customer service team to make them aware and they will message you directly to resolve this.
In terms of the timeline for your refund, I have looked into this in detail and can see your return was processed within our 14-day policy, any further delays are out of our control, and these are directly handled by your bank. 10 days in the maximum amount of time it should take for your bank to process your refund, it’s usually much quicker.

0 stars! I would urge people to boycott this online company!
I was wearing one of the bubble texture bikinis on a water slide during a family holiday in Greece. Afterwards I felt pain under my bikini strap and asked my husband to look as I thought I’d had a wasp sting! It transpired that 2 holes had been burnt into the back strap of the bikini and I had 2 well sized round burn marks on my back! The glue from the fabric of the bikini was all melted around the burn holes! 8 weeks on and I’ve now got 2 round scars. Not only did Urban Bliss take over a month to provide me with an outcome but this was their reply:

Absolutely terrible company! Poor quality clothing and ignorant customer service. I would urge anybody to avoid them at all costs. I very rarely leave negative reviews but it is beyond awful to be treated this way!
Update 25/10/24
Urban Bliss’ advice was that it was the water parks fault and I must take it up with them! Have you ever hear anything more ridiculous! Apparently was the slides fault and not the swimwear. If their garments are too poor quality to go down a water slide in then really ought to be disclaimers on the Urban Bliss website! Never heard something so daft on my life.

Hi Luisa, really sorry that you have had a bad experience. We would like to clarify that we initially received your message on the 17th September and we responded on the 18th. The ongoing discussion has been so that we can allow ourselves time to thoroughly investigate the issue you have brought to us and we have been consistently in touch with you in order to keep you updated. To clarify, we don't use glue on our bikinis and as advised across our 5 weeks of communication, the issue has been caused due to the activity undertaken / waterpark and our advice would be to take it up with the waterpark.

AVOID!!!
Returned an item I ordered through Matalan. You must return it directly to urban bliss. Their refund policy is 14 working days. I can see through tracking they have received 19 working days ago no refund and complete radio silence from live chat or email. AVOID!!!

Poor first experience
Made my first purchase from Urban Bliss but decided to return one of the items. Firstly there is an odd process of requesting to return an item followed by waiting for this to be approved which I’m
not sure is in line with consumer rights. I requested my return on Wednesday and got an auto reply asking me to allow up to
24 hrs for approval.
Still waiting….. have chased once and had No reply to that either. Quite sure it does not need to be this hard.

Hi Emma, thank you for raising this with us. The reason why we use this process is to ensure all of our customers who purchase our products are funnelling the right returns to the right place. As we are on a range of platforms, such as New Look, Matalan, Debenhams and plan to be on many more, we want to make sure the right return goes to the right outlet.
We would like to be able to process everything here, but certain purchases need to go to certain platforms for a refund. While I appreciate it might feel long winded it is absolutely there to make sure the process is easier in the long run.

Bought a houndstooth long Borg coat…
Bought a houndstooth long Borg coat from Debenhams of said brand. Coat was perfect length, lovely and warm but misprint at the back. Returning it and gutted as I’d have kept it if it hadn’t been faulty.
