Urban Native Era レビュー 

I received a "You Are On Native Land" cap. It had a defect where the adjustment buckle was riveted to the cap, so increasing the size was basically impossible. Since I had previously ordered a another cap, I was able to make 2 images that clearly showed the problem with the second cap.

Initially I tried to use the Shopify chat option but it simply didn't work the 3 attempts I made over 3 days. They either weren't available or they did not reply to messages.

Then I sent UNE an email with the 2 images attached. I received a email response from UNE encouraging me to use the built-in chat and asking me to "be patient" as they would respond "shortly."

But like other 1-star review writers I never got a response. After waiting 3 weeks, I filed a dispute with my credit card bank. They requested images if available.

Apparently Chase had previous experience with UNE because within 10 days my account was credited the full amount of the cap and shipping.

Providing responsive customer service is an important part of running a company. It is very unfortunate that myself and other people who learned about Urban Native Era thru "Reservation Dogs" have had such a poor experience with UNE.

Quick shipping, good communication, and great quality hat! I’ve been wanting to order the bucket hat for so long and finally went for it. So glad I did.

The Hummingbird Native Land Supima Cotton shirts are very comfy and soft! I enjoy the sizing and that the shirts aren’t too tight! The gray and blue shirt was a little different than one of the photos on the site - the photo on the site presented the blue as more vivid whereas in person the blue is more faded. Urban Native Era customer service is kind and helpful as well. Thank you!

I absolutely love UNE and everything about it. I love what it stands for. I love the quality and creativity of the clothing and all of the other beautiful items. I love to support Indigenous businesses. But most of all, I love the amazing people who work for this groundbreaking company. Every time I wear a product from UNE, it makes me even more proud to be Indigenous. Thank you for creating such an uplifting and inspiring business.

The t-shirts are ethically sourced and fit well. The design let’s people know that we are live on Indigenous land that was supposed to be shared with the First Nations Peoples.

I made a size mistake in my order. Usually I would have to cancel my order and re-order the correct size. I contacted customer service to see if they make the change and so I didn’t have two charges on my credit card. Brenda was so helpful! Best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Honestly the quality of the hat is amazing , I pre ordered a shirt waiting on that but the experience of ordering and getting the items I bought so far has been great, I accidentally forgot a part of my address in the order and fixing it was so quick and easy.

Love this brand and everything y'all stand for and represent. I treasure every piece I have ( dad hat, beanie, and pins) and they are the perfect conversation starter for my fellow YT people.
