I have used this service twice and have had good experience with them. Good customer service too.

Absolutely in love with this service! Have been using USS for almost 3 years now! Perfect and cheap for me. They even delivered my boxes when it was out of their policy. My favorite in Brighton!

If you have anyone going to UNi around South Wales eg Cardiff or Swansea why not give this ago there is excellent customer service, reliability and very friendly Highly recomended

Being a student myself in Cardiff I needed a reliable storage space to store my personal belongings. Having this company recommended to me I couldn’t thank them enough and will be using them for all future needs. Thanks all!

i have used this company for my daughters uni in cardiff staff are very friendly prompt reliable service would highly recommend

Great service, great price and fast turn around. Would highly recommend this company for all your storage needs in Wales!

Decent service. A bit short staffed causing a delay in delivery of my items, caused me to worry quite a bit, but ultimately things worked out in the end. They also forgot to cancel my storage payment after I had retrieved my items, but they swiftly refunded me after sending them an email. Overall, a decent experience.

Took a month to actually get my items to me. tales days for them to actually respond. please have more staff to reply to emails.

Used a number of times and have already been very helpful and efficient

Have used the services as a student for 4 years. The company is always understanding and helpful. Never had a single big issue. All my items always return safely. Now that I am graduated can only hope to find another good one like this in the new location.

Urban Spaceman Storage were able to pack all of my belongings from my University room while I was stuck out of the country over five thousand kilometres away. They offered quick and insightful responses to all of my queries and were generally great to deal with.

I really appreciated the support of the client service team. They understood the urgency of my request, cut through red tape and internal processes, and delivered the items on time, despite the peak period for their business.
