I needed a storage unit, I called and they had a unit available and held it for me for 3 days without a deposit so I could come look at it. When I came to look at it the staff person, Joe, was friendly, efficient and helpful. The whole process including the initial phone call took less than an hour and was a pleasant experience.

I would like to compliment your employee named Dawn Paige. I believe most people don't take the time to do so. She was very efficient but most of all warm and friendly, something that's needed in our world today. Dawn is a great asset to your company. I would definitely hire her if I would open up a company today.

Very pleased that we chose Urban Storage (Aka Plateau Storage?) for our storage unit needs. Dan helped us through the entire process - from our initial inquiry about possibly renting a unit, to fully signing up for one. Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and never pushy at all. I felt very good about our decision for several reasons: Dan explained how much security they have on & around the premises, with cameras all over, video feed in the office, the ability to see who is going in & out, which unit/s are currently open & when they get closed & locked again, etc. That made me feel very safe & secure! Combine all that security technology, with extended access hours, AND the fact that all the units are INDOORS & temperature controlled too, it was a no-brainer for us!! Additionally, the facility is located in the same parking lot as, & directly across from, a very busy gas station, (so there are now even more eyes on who is coming & going), and a McDonald's is just to the side of them, so it's a win-win all around! Not only that, but they also rent out U-haul type moving trucks! So when it eventually comes time for us to move, we won't have to worry about finding a place to rent a truck, or the hassle of getting our stuff to the truck. From what I saw, the place is very clean, very well run, and very secure. I feel very good about storing all our stuff here.

Nice size storage unit. The only thing is customer service. Not super friendly or outgoing.

Office staff was very helpful and accommodating, storage unit was clean (and dry despite some heavy rain) and easily accessible, even with a large moving van. I only needed storage for a month, but would definitely use this location again if I needed storage again.

What an wonderful place to store my things. It's heated, very clean, secure as it gets, and everyone is helpful, and nice.

This is my first time using a temporary storage facility. Cottonwood Cool Storage is a wonderful place - clean, very impressive layout, etc. Annie is personable, knowledgeable and efficient!

Awesome gap in houses closing had to store 10x 50. Team could not have better. I recommend coyote lakes storage, they are excellent.
