Love this company. Shipping is always fast and customer service is top notch. Also one of the few vendors online of legitimate Blue Lotus (nymphaea caerulea). Thanks for the high quality herbs, Urbll!

The staff really care about their products and customers. I ordered blue lotus, there was a delay due to the shipping company, but not Urbll, and the staff answered all my questions as well as offering a refund. I didn't take the refund, and I was glad I didn't, because the products are great. Usually, I find it difficult to concentrate at times, but their focus herbs really help, and the wooden spoon they offer is great. Hope to see more positive reviews for these guys in the future as they really are kind and passionate about customer care and their products.
