In 1963 Urfic was founded by Urbano Figueiredo De Cruz in Tondela, Portugal and have been specialist manufacturers of decorative door handles since. OUR PRODUCTS AND QUALITY Manufacturing systems have developed over the years, from the original sand casting to the current and modern computerised hot forging. With the use of advanced technology and experience this has put Urfic in a prominent position in international markets. Urfic only offers high quality and constantly updated designs and we only sell products made in our factory in Portugal, thereby guaranteeing continuity of supply and quality. We have brought together unique innovative designs, styles and finishes to provide our customers with the very best choice available. Excellent service

Excellent service - needed some bolts for a door handle which were supplied as standard. They kindly offered to send out even though we had not purchased originally from themselves although they were the manufacturer. Superb service.

Just brilliant!

What fantastic customer service! I needed to order some door knobs for my kitchen but the ones I wanted only had one pic available (on all the websites I checked). I needed to see the side of the door knobs before I was sure what to order (I know, I know!). So I phoned Urfic direct and spoke to George who couldn't have been more helpful. With Liz's help he kindly sent me pics of the door knobs from the side angle. Door knobs now ordered :)

Excellent customer service

I bought this good quality item on Amazon.

However I bodged up fixing the lock part and needed a replacement so I emailed their customer service team

I was sent a new one out, free of charge.

Would definitely buy from them again.
