I wish I'd read the reviews. Normally I'm pretty good with buying online but in this instance I was not. I agree with all the other comments, which I've now read, and you should avoid this company at all costs. I ordered the bandeau bras, when they finally arrived they looked like a 5 year old had made them and as for being fully supportive, I could have done a better job selotaping my boobs to my chest. Now I'm fighting to get my money back after the 20% refund due to COVID fiasco. I paid through paypal so hopefully they might be able to help. Wish me luck

Terrible company. I didnt even get the product and they said they can refund 20% only due to covid!! That was automated email too so not even a reply from an actual employee.

Bought the bandeau strapless bras advertised on Facebook. The photos indicated these were supportive (rather than flattening) and clung in all the right places (which it didn’t). The material itself was not particularly good quality, and as soon as I tried it on I realised I had made a mistake in not checking out the Trustpilot reviews (97% Bad!!!).

Even worse, when I emailed Urlife to ask if the items could be returned for refund, the responses to my request were very unhelpful; after my 3rd email I received this response:

If you still want to send it back to the designated place( which is based in China), the postage will be very expensive.

If the postage is too much for you, we have another offer. You keep the item and we will refund you 30% of the payment.

Recevied a bra that looked worn and was too big. in additional it was badly padded. Urlife will not accept refunds due to Covid. what a joke. wish I read the reviews before ordering anything!

I totally agree with the other reviewers!! Why didn’t I read them first. 3 bras arrived designed for a midget!! No return details. Does anyone have them?

Purchased 2 sets of toenail and fingernail clippers with nail files after watching video.What I received was 2 supposedly toe nail clippers which looked dangerous the type of tool you would use when cutting thin metal like tin snips over22 pound for these not even right shape for cutting nails dangerous! Wish I’d read reviews. Please do not purchase anything from this site.

One star is being generous…. Ordered on 8/6/21 …. Still waiting! It’s on its way from China. Disgusting customer service…. Will never deal with this company again

Ordered a product 5 weeks ago and despite many assurances that my order was on it's way it has not arrived. I have now emailed to ask for a refund but no reply. Do not order from this company.

I stupidly didn’t read the reviews (something I usually always do) before ordering. I ordered a craft cutting tool which is completely useless.
When asked if I could return it, I’ve been given an address in China for the return, again because the company was .co.uk I assumed it was a UK company.
I clearly wasn’t thinking that day, don’t make the same mistake as me!

This is possibly the biggest joke of a company I've ever experienced in my life. I've been waiting over a month for an item to be delivered and I've asked for a refund twice with no response and none given. Please don't waste your money and buy from these scammers.

Should be a 0! Wish I had looked at these reviews before buying through advert on Facebook. Exactly the same bad experience, saying cannot return poor items due to Covid and only offer 20%refund. When I said I want full refund they didn't reply on email and no phone number. This should be illegal

A complete waste of money, sizes are too small, you can't return because of Covid and they only refund 30% of your money. So your left with a very expensive charity bag donation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Appalling customer service. No contact details on website other than a ‘customer service’ email address which they can ignore -and do. I ordered an item described as a ‘universal fit’- it didn’t so I requested a return address for the items. They blamed me for not checking the details (which is an irrelevant consideration- the goods simply weren’t suitable) and then refused to accept a return ‘for Covid reasons’ - strange how other companies manage. No telephone contact possible - they clearly want to make the transaction impossible. Once they have you cash they don’t want to know. Just appalling.

Wish I'd never bought the bra. Wait ages for it..they claim they are uk based..not so..China.. bra looks hellish..not anti slip..very small cups..nude looks like American tan..just so disappointed..dont waste your money folks

If I could give no stars I would! Brought a bra was not comfortable so wanted to send it back. Wouldn't take it back 'because of Covid 19' despite their website saying they would and only offered me 50% refund which they eventually upped to 70%. Do not order from this company!

I bought two bras. They arrived in reasonable time. The description of the softness is true. However I need a Bra to fit me. This bra was two sizes too small. Do not order bras if you are larger than an A/B cup. They will not fit.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered 2 car mirror 'pendants' and the quality is so poor, tacky plastic, one chain is broken. I asked for a refund because of the broken chain and just rubbish quality, looks nothing like the advertised pendants.
Customer service say they cant refund due to covid19! What a load of rubbish! Then they offer 20% and I keep the tat, no. I want a full refund and I know my rights.
This company is terrible, do not buy anything from them!
Scammers selling cheap crap, but not cheap prices!

Bought a car dash camera from these people only records for 3minutes playback lasts 10seconds they will not accept returns because of covid19 they won’t replace it either they offered 50%back and keep camera which does.nt work it.s a load of TAT Avoid avoid them Norm wallasey
