Theirs absolutely no way to contact customer support. I purchased a item in their store, it takes days to verify to make sure my purchase isnt verified? Worst online gaming purchasing experience Ive had.

Dont purchase things from Battlenet.

It's hella bad, doesn't even let me sign in. The verify thing won't disappear even though I did it TWICE! So bad, I don't recommend.

Made by a company filled with stupid, annoying, and incompetent people.

This is one of the most incompetent things iv'e ever seen in my life. When I started an account, it never gave me the option to create a password. Then when I tried to get back in, it tried to get me to put in the password that it never created. Then I tried to get it to reset the password I never got to create and it wont send a confirmation code to my email.

After a while I tried again and it suddenly went in without the password and then suggested that I create one then. It also feels uncomfortable that I have to give them my real name, but that probably isn't suspicious. Its no wonder this is rated one star on trustpilot.

I bought CoD over battle.net, to play game battle.net required add phone number, but they system can't add any number, so I can't play COD and support just mocking of my problem

Horrible experience, wish i had bought the game on steam.

Account was suspended for no reason. Filed a ticket wait 3 days still no response you can never get ahold of anyone. It’s always sone trash ai system. Why do we pay so much money to a company that can’t even support their customers right? If it wasn’t for us spending money yall wouldn’t even have a job that you have.

I had fun on world of warcraft but battle net has some serious problems and I doubt it will ever be fixed until tomorrow or the next day! Battle.net if you see this comment, fix your goddamn issues!

Tried to verify im a human for around thirty minutes and everytime it comes back as invalid. Safe to say im never using this shit again

Battle.net and blizzard as a whole suck so much a$$.
They don't often allow refunds when their rubbish product won't even work.
If you manage to buy a game off of them which is a stupidly convoluted process they give you a product key and then you have to go through yet another process in order to download the game.
I had to create two accounts and install 2 launches to get a game to not even work.
Rubbish rubbish rubbish.
Why can't they just be more like Steam.
You want a game ?
Here it is.
Buy it.
Download it.
It works.
But no, they are stupid and cash grabby and they don't offer an help at all.

If you have a problem that cannot be fixed by restarting your pc or your modem then good luck with getting any help from battlenet.

Their customer support is a really dumb AI that keeps responding with the same message over and over.

I am trying to change my country. No matter what document I upload, not matter what I say, or do. They keep repeating the same message. It's driving me mad.

Avoid this service as much as possible. Because if you ever need help you will be stuck in AI Groundhog Day.

accidently added 23$ to my blizzard balance to pay for my one month sub for 22$. they refuse to take the money and give me the game time, i said if they cant do it refund me it and ill do it with my card. completely ignored me. takes 12 hours at least for a response so you never know what they are going to do.

Having done the pertinent investigation, I found out that it is not possible to set Battle.net Balance as a payment method for a subscription.
Battle.net Balance cannot be used to setup a subscription, but you can buy 2 months of game time with it.

im so sorry i have tried to contact about this issue and im not sure if the other agent got my response. i accidently added my game time money to my blizzard account balance and now cannot pay for my subscription, can you please help me or issue me a refund for the 23$ so i can do it from my card it was the last of the money i had

the 30 days was only 21$ so i sent 23 blizz can keep the other 2$ can you please just put the 30 days on for me and take the 23$ from my account balance and i will be sure to fix the issue by next payment, i lost access now.

According to your message, I can understand that you would like to purchase 30 days of WOW game time for your account with your Blizzard Balance, but you only have the option to buy it with credit card. Let me explain you something.

Justin, Blizzard Balance can be used to purchase digital game time, but not recurring subscriptions. In this moment, you can buy 1 month, 3 or 6 months of WOW subscriptions. But you only have the option to buy 60 days of game time.
In this case, if you want to use your Blizzard Balance, you will have to buy the 60 days digital game time pack, as it is the only option. However, if you want to buy only one month, then you will need to use a credit/ debit card, or a PayPal account to do it.
