Mit dem Patch von Mittwoch mal eben unspielbar geworden. Alle gespeicherten Formatierungen weg, Talente komplett neu, auf meinem Mac quasi nicht spielbar, weil Sofortabsturz und wenn man doch mal ins Spiel kommt: fliegen auf normalen Mounts geht nicht, beim Drücken mancher Tasten geht das Spiel direkt aus… es ist ein Alptraum. Das mach ich nie wieder mit. Support antwortet mit Botnachricht und schließt das Ticket ohne Lösungsvorschlag. Finger weg…

Can't even send verification SMS to several countries including Pakistan

It gets one because I can’t do zero! What a joke! I bought MWII and it updates every match. The game crashes and then starts updating. None of my friends who have it on steam have this problem. Will never buy a game from them again!

It was so annoying trying to create an account. Literally drained all of my energy and now I don't want to play anything anymore, LOL. Battle.net needs to do better or shut it all down for good, which is probably for the best since it seems they don't care about their users.

This is a World of Warcraft nightmare. Purchased the game, payed for subscription and my accounts is still locked out of content.

Spent several days with the support trying to resolve the issue, but kept giving me run arounds just so they can say they can't help.

Finally I gave up and asked for a refund, just for them to say: "I have to inform you that the order you provided is not eligible for a refund because the maximum game time allowed for a refund has been exceeded."

Basically I got robbed and they ran away. Avoid at all cost. I'm deleting anything Blizzard related and not looking back.

The captcha where you have to match dice to numbers hundreds of times is insane. Nothing is worth this.

Been Trying to create a Battle.net account to play Diablo 4, which I should have access to given I am subscribed to Xbox PC game pass, however it says I need to create a Battle.net account first.... I have attempted to create an account a few times now using wifi, mobile data and ethernet on my Desktop, Laptop and Smartphone and the Captcha keeps saying I am not human, very frustrating as the Captcha is 15 step process which takes time to complete. Creating an account is supposed to be quick and simple...

Terrible company, app doesnt work, games crash, they are done. Please do not buy there games so we can have something better replace them.

Client chez battle net depuis 2005 en tant que joueur de WoW vanilla j’ai décidé aujourd’hui de définitivement supprimer mon compte chez eux. En effet le service client et l’expérience en jeu laissent fortement à désirer. Je déconseille vivement leurs services .
