Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Still has not shipped and I’ve received no updates. I’ve tried to contact customer service via email and on instagram and have had no response. Starting to think it’s a scam. Don’t order from Dusk

Almost 3 weeks…..
It said 5-7 days for delivery. It’s been almost 3 weeks and still not received my items. I check the USPS tracking and it says that they are still waiting for the item. So it has not shipped yet. I’ve tried to contact dusk without any luck. We will see what happens.

Trying to get a response from several emails to customer services is futile. So frustrating!
This is day 3 of this fiasco - wasting my time emailing but trying to actually place an order - whoever is responsible for the customer service team is a liability to this company.

I placed an order on 28th October and understood items would be delivered at the end of December. I today have an email stating the delivery date is now February!!! I am hugely dissatisfied and would like a full refund and of course cancellation of the order as soon as possible. It is ridiculous trying to make contact with this company- think very carefully before you purchase! @DUSK re order DUSK Order S22144644 if anyone is paying attention to my review please can I have a full refund. I have emailed and made this request explicitly clear and was then told the item would be with me in February which I already knew. I want a refund so I can purchase from a decent vendor.

Terrible terrible service
Ordered a bed about 3 months ago. Said delivery would be 1 month as the item wasn’t in stock, 3 months later the bed is still not here. I then FINALLY recieved a text a couple of days ago saying it was out for delivery and I had to select a day. I was told if I was not home I would need to pay for redelivery - so I booked the day off work as I’ve been waiting so long already! At 6am this morning I revived a text saying it’s not coming today due to delivery route issues.
Over the course of these 3 months I have sent numerous emails to query the length of time and to complain about the lack of service. I was never notified about further delays - the bed just never turned up. When I finally said I wanted to make a formal complaint - I recieved a response basically saying “please wait until the bed arrives and we can process your complaint”
I’ve never experienced worse survive with a company before, no contact details, just an email no one replies to.
It’s not worth it - DO NOT BUY FROM DUSK

I would like my order to be cancelled and a full refund.
I have not received my order, and there is no plan to receive my order any time soon. It has been 3 weeks since I bought a duvet and two pillows online, and I have had no update. Apparently a label was created 2 weeks ago, and I have had no information since. With Black Friday coming up, this is simply not good enough for a competitive market. I chose to buy here because I needed this products sooner rather than later, otherwise I would have waited or ordered somewhere else. At this point the package has not even been sent and it has been 3 weeks, it could very well be lost.
I have contacted customer service but they have not offered a solution yet.

Not having an easy time trying to get a refund of nearly£1200 it was supposed to be up to 14 days after return collection we are now going into day 16 with still no refund.
I was asked when I had returned my order, but surely as your company arranged the collection you would have this information on your system.
I will wait and see if I hear anything tomorrow but not happy at all.

Order never sent. A label was created two weeks ago, however nothing has been shipped. I have tried reaching out to customer service and no one has replied in 2 weeks. Please avoid this company.

Really bad service
I would want to give a proper review but unfortunately after 2 weeks since I've placed the order and money taken from my account, I didn't even had an email that says it was despatched although it was supposed to get delivered until this Saturday.
I have tried to call the landline and sent an email but up to now I couldn't get an answer at all.

I ordered a loveseat on 6/11 and my payment did not seem to go through so my partner paid with his card. Day after checked statement and we were both charged. Since then have sent numerous email, sat on phone at least 4 times but no answer. When I cancelled they only acknowledged one order not two. I am so fed up with this company as communication is zero. I have been in touch with my bank who are assisting me to get my money back but this is really poor service and would never trust again . Please think before you order . My partner and I are currently out of pocket for a total of over 700.00 which is really unacceptable and concerning .

My previous, and, first, experience with your company was nothing short of a nightmare. I had placed two orders which I never received, and every time I contacted customer service I was bounced around until I finally was refunded for my never-delivered purchases. Regardless of all this, I decided to give you a second chance and ordered a couple of sets of towels and a set of sheets.
I am pleased with the look and quality of the sheets. However, the towels are only OK. I found them to be very thin - let's see how they perform and hold to laundering.
