Same problem as another described regarding SyncMo, reset my harddrive and tried installing my activation code on the blank drive but was not allowed, contacted support around 10 times now, chat or email but they ignore and just take the 49 euro lifelong subscription fee and steal your money. It's been 4 months now.
I find this Flamingo Max quite good overall.
What I like the most is its sensitive and accurate touch feedback; it's very responsive with almost no delay, making the experience great. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find it includes built-in Kegel training courses. This feature is very convenient for people concerned about pelvic floor health, essentially providing a professional, guided training plan that makes daily exercises easier to stick to.

I advise against buying this browser. I paid the 49 bucks they charge. I got a brand new computer and wanted to use the browser on it. I contacted them to request activation on the other computer since it did not take the activation code. I have contacted them through email and the chat they have about 6 times. They never respond to any of those ways of communication. Do not waste your money and time. Use Vibemate from Lovense. It does the same and more. Syncmode people are very UNETHICAL.

This thing sucks. Won’t even stay connected to the app me and my partner are in the same room. I called customer service about the defect, and all they had to say is it happens alot, and try to delete and redownload the app. After trying that with no success, I emailed them multiple times with no response. It’s been almost two weeks now trying to get something from them. $100 down the drain. Horrible product, even worse customer service.

I didn’t even get it and when I try and reach out I don’t get any response this website is a scam don’t buy from them! I spent $99 and for nothing!
