Mavi customer for years, but no longer
Iâve been a Mavi customer for years, but this experience has ended that relationship. I contacted customer service regarding a clearly defective pair of jeans and provided multiple photos and order details. Despite extensive back-and-forth and escalation to a VP, Mavi refused to issue a refund or store credit unless I returned the defective item, even though it was unusable and clearly documented.
The only resolution offered was a 30% discount on a future purchase, which does not address paying for a defective product. The process was rigid, dismissive, and unnecessarily difficult. Very disappointing customer service experience.
