I purchased a FITT hose on Amazon two years ago. It is my favorite hose. It is sturdy and easy to handled. I had an issue related to splitter that was stuck in the end of the hose. Although this was not the hose's fault, customer service went above and beyond to help me. The representative was very responsive and generous. Unfortunately, repair kits are not available in the U.S. so they replaced the hose. I highly recommend them.

Eleonora of the Customer Care staff was absolutely terrific. She was caring, responsive, and knowledgeable. She quickly resolved the issue that prompted me to write.

I am very pleased with my recent interaction with the FITT customer service representative. She was polite, helpful and responsive. FITT makes a wonderful hose and I actually would never buy another brand at this point. They have wonderful customer service and a really great product.

I had a small problem with my hose from FITT USA Inc. and contacted the company. They immediately responded to my correspondence with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They even sent me a brand new replacement hose. Their customer service was second to none and I highly recommend this company and their products. As hoses go this is a light weight durable hose that is very compact. I might not need to buy another hose.

Only 4 stars because it's a little "different" to handle. Flat and floppy when the water is turned off, round and reasonably flexible when under pressure. Beats the hoses that shrivel up when not in use hands down!! Haven't used it with a sprinkler yet. Overall, seems to be very good quality!

This is a great hose. Very well thought out in design!

The hose is super light weight. It has done well over my gravel driveway being that it has a rubber outer core. It hangs and store well on the side of the shed.
