The content was good but many problems:

This was basically a very expensive certification which was USAII throwing a few books (PDF) at you, and saying good luck. There were 2 quick webinars with groups. I requested 1:1 time with instructors to answer questions from the materials, had to fight for it and in the end told they don't do this, and was granted only one 30min session. I asked for my detailed exam results and despite repeated requests, never received it. Found out after the fact that the certification expires quickly and that have to pay $1000 to renew (get very little for this $1000). Honestly, this seems like more of a money making operation that a group that wants to progress people with AI knowledge.

Technical challenges with supplementary online courses - never resolved.

Very poor support people turnaround on requests.

Left me wondering why I just didn't buy a few books and save myself a lot of money.

The book is good but you need to enhace it with videos and real bussines cases

I completed the USAII AI certification program (CAITL) with high expectations and left disappointed not in the subject matter, but in the training itself.

The material is poorly organized, with no coherent learning arc. Much of it is outdated, which is a serious problem in a field that moves as fast as AI. There are no practice questions or exam prep resources, a glaring omission for a certification program. Instructions for the white paper and capstone are vague enough to be effectively useless.

Most damaging: the content is largely generic. Much of it is freely available online. At this price point, that’s not acceptable.

USAII has a recognizable name, and that name creates real expectations. The current program doesn’t meet them.

Given how fast this field is moving, it is understandable that the Agentic AI lifecycle was not included in the course when I completed it. Covering such emerging areas through periodic bulletins or short supplementary modules would make the program even stronger and easily a five-star offering.

Great school to attend and get certification. I learned a lot about Artificial Intelligence.

USAII was truly a great experience. I passed the intense CAIE certification. It took me around 6 months of preparation. I think the knowledge & experience gained from this certification is going to be very helpful in my career (current & future roles). During the 6 months, the USAII staff was very supportive. I received prompt replies to my emails related to the certification (syllabus, dates, ...). I would like to express my sincere thanks to the USAII team.

USAII has one of the best course content for Certified AI transformation leader (CAITL). Live masterclasses and the support provided by associates through the certification process is also amazing !!

The program is well structured, topic by topic.
Reading materials are quite comprehensive and well supported by practical exercises and workshops.
Intermidiate tests are very helpful to understand the process and requirements.
